    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasound irradiation apparatus for medical purpose, by which transgenics or therapy using ultrasound wave is efficiently performed by uniform ultrasound irradiation. SOLUTION: Continuous wave with a predetermined frequency is supplied to a piezoelectric oscillator 23 as a driving signal under the observation of an ultrasound image acquired by an ultrasound image part 11, and then, a subject 51 is irradiated with transgenic ultrasound wave. The piezoelectric oscillator 23 includes a plurality of oscillation elements. Each oscillation element is outputted from a CW generator 31, and driven by the driving signal to which a predetermined delay phase is given by a delay circuit 32, so that a concentrated region 53 is generated in the tumor part 55 of the subject 51. The CW generator 31 changes the frequency of the driving signal within a predetermined range, controls the shape of stationary wave generated in the concentrated region 53, and uniformly irradiates ultrasound wave.
