SOLUTION: The apparatus includes a wireless signal transmitting/receiving device 2, a signal processing device 3 of a resource capable of redefining a signal processing function according to a predetermined software module for processing a signal necessary for transmission or reception, a memory device 5 for storing a plurality of software modules, corresponding to a plurality of signal processing functions to be defined in the resource of the signal processing device 3, and a controller 4 for controlling the signal processing device 3 and the memory device 5 to select first one of the software modules to be given to the resource on the basis of a communication quality and second one of the software modules to be released from the resource, and on the basis of it, to read out the first software module from the memory 5 and give it to the resource and to release the second module from the resource. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encoder which has a short waiting time as well as can generate codes with random offsets without requiring ROM for initial value storage in a code sequence such as PN sequence having a cycle. SOLUTION: An encoder consists of an encoder 10 and an initial value generator 20. The encoder 10 comprises a shift register 11 that performs a shift operation with a predetermined default values set, and an adder 12 that performs an EXCLUSIVE-OR operation of an output from a predetermined section of the shift register 11 to feed-back to a input section of the shift register 11 for generating a cyclic apparent random number codes with an shift operation of the shift register 11. An initial value generator 20 comprises similar shift register 21 and adder 22 as those of the code generator 10 to generate a predetermined initial value to be set in the encoder 10 by the shift operation. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a qualification test method which is capable of carrying out a qualification test efficiently for a software wireless apparatus without carrying out the complicated test for each of the software wireless apparatuses which have been sold and used. SOLUTION: A plurality of software wireless apparatuses (10), a representative software wireless apparatus (10') of the same kind with the wireless apparatus (10), and test preprograms corresponding to a plurality of wireless communication systems which can use the representative software wireless apparatus (10'), are provided. A qualification test method is equipped with a measuring unit (33) which carries out a representative software wireless apparatus qualification test for qualifying whether the representative software wireless apparatus can be used in a required wireless communication system or not, and an acceptance notifying means (100) which is notified by the measuring unit (33) that the representative software wireless apparatus has passed the qualification test and notifies a plurality of software wireless apparatuses (10) of the information to the same effect.
