摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a superconducting magnet device which can prevent the stability of a superconducting coil from being spoiled due to the difference in thermal contraction or due to the mechanical vibrations caused by a refrigerator and which is cooled directly by the refrigerator. CONSTITUTION:In a superconducting magnet device, superconducting coils 11, 12 are cooled directly through thermal conduction by a cooling stage 24 by a GM refrigerator 22, and the refrigerator is cooled directly. In the superconducting magnet device, the cooling coils 11, 12 are connected thermally by a heat-conducting member 28 which is formed of a flexible member.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a pulse tube refrigerator by increasing a phase difference between a phase of pressure variations in a pulse tube and a phase of a refrigerant gas displacement by interposing a porous plug between an end portion of the pulse tube and a buffer tank. CONSTITUTION:A cold producer 1 comprises a cold storage unit 2, and a pulse tube 5 connected in series with the cold storage unit 2 through a low temperature heat exchanger 4. The cold storage unit 2 includes a cold storage material 7 contained in a container 6 and an inlet 8 connected with a gas compressor 2. Further, the gas compressor 2 forms a compression chamber 11 with a cylinder 9 and a piston 10. Further, a final end of the pulse tube 5 is communicated with a buffer tank 17. In this case, a porous plug 20 having a proper fine vent passage is interposed between the final end of the pulse tube 5 and the buffer tank 17. Hereby, there is increased pressure variations of the pulse tube 5 and a refrigerant gas displacement.
