    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser operating system with which a laser radiation condition can be easily set to a suitable value while eliminating the burden on an operator without depending on the knowledge and experience of the operator. SOLUTION: In the laser operating system which has a laser beam projection system for irradiating the part to be treated with laser beams for treatment and can arbitrarily set the laser radiation condition of these laser beams for treatment composed of output, spot diameter and irradiaiton time at least, this system is provided with a storage part 17 for previously storing the standard laser irradiation condition corresponding to the name of a disease or treatment condition of the part to be treated and a display part 21 for displaying the standard laser irradiation condition stored in the storage part corresponding to the prescribed treatment condition by inputting that treatment condition, and constituted so as to set the laser irradiation condition on the basis of the standard laser irradiation condition displayed on this display part, only by selecting the name of the disease or part to be treated, the standard laser irradiation condition corresponding to that name of hte disease or part to be treated can be known and on the basis of this laser irradiation condition, the proper irradiation condition can be set.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change light intensity distribution at irradiation position to desired state by making it possible to variably set the light intensity distribution in the spot of laser beam for treatment that is irradiated to a treatment part. SOLUTION: A laser beam for treatment 4 and a laser beam for sighting 5 are guided with optical fiber 8 and a laser beam emitted from the optical fiber 8 is paralleled with the first lens group 9. The second lens group 10, which is movable along optic axis, is set and the laser beam is focused to the treatment part with the third lens group 11. A variable setting means for light intensity distribution 13 sets a changing motor for light intensity distribution 15 of its rotation axis to be paralleled with the optic axis of delivery optical system 6 and fixes a circular filter support disc 16 on the rotation axis of changing motor for light intensity distribution 15. The filter support disc 16 is set to be adjacent to the emitting end of optical fiber 8 to rotate. The floodlighting window is set by drilling at the divided position required on the same circumference for the filter support disc 16. The light intensity distribution changing filter, which has different property, on the floodlighting window.
