摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a molded material for fishery having permanent nonadhesive effects on marine organisms for a long period of time, no reduction in mechanical characteristics, no toxicity to human body and fishes and shellfishes and no marine pollution by molding a synthetic resin containing sodium chloride. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin (e.g. nylon 6) is blended with 0.5-50wt.% sodium chloride in a dry state, kneaded in a molten state by a twin-screw extruder having 30mm phi at 250 deg.C set cylinder temperature to give a blend, which is molded by an injection molding machine to give the objective molded material for fishery useful as a large-sized structural material such as marine structure, port facilities and seawater supply pipe, having excellent permanent nonadhesive effects on marine organisms for a long period of time, almost no reduction in mechanical characteristics, eliminating labor for removing attached materials, having no reduction in workability caused by attached materials, standing long- term use and having no fear of toxicity to human body and fishes and shellfishes and of marine pollution.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve flame retardance, tensile strength and elongation properties, impact characteristics, and resistance to blooming by compounding a polyamide resin, a specific modified polyester elastomer, and a flame retardant. CONSTITUTION:A polyester elastomer, such as a polyester-polyether block copolymer or a polyester block copolymer, is reacted with 0.01-20wt.% unsatd. carboxylic acid (e.g. maleic acid) in the presence of a free-radical initiator (e.g. benzoyl peroxide) to give a modified polyester elastomer. Then, 95-5 wt.% polyamide resin having an m. p. of 170 deg.C or higher and a relative viscosity of 1.8 or higher, 5-95wt.% the modified elastomer, and 5-60wt.% at least one flame retardant selected from the group consisting of a halogen compd. (e.g. decabromodiphenyl ether), a nitrogen compd. (e. g. melamine), and phosphorus compds. of formulas I, II, and III (wherein R1, R2, and R3 are each alkyl, haloalkyl, aryl. or haloaryl) are compounded.

The component A is preferably a resin having a melting point of >=170 deg.C and a relative viscosity of >=2.0. The component B is preferably produced by using maleic acid, nadic acid, etc.
