    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system which protects an electric power extraction part, such as a power controller, electrically connected with an electrode rod even while cooling the electrode rod at a wide range in spite of an easy structure and maintaining electrical insulation and sealing with an inexpensive resin member having relatively low heat resistance or the like.SOLUTION: A fuel cell module generates electric power by using a fuel gas and an oxidant gas. The fuel cell module includes: fuel battery cells electrochemically reacting the fuel gas and the oxidant gas; a module container for housing the fuel battery cells; and a collector member, i.e. an electrode rod, penetrating through the module container and used for extracting electric power generated from the fuel battery cells to the exterior of the module container. A coolant passage, extending in the axial direction and allowing a coolant to flow therein, is provided in the collector member.
