摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a solid electrolytic fuel cell in which the reactivity of the gas flowing through a gas passage on the outside of a cylindrical cell (tube) is enhanced to improve the generating performance. CONSTITUTION: In a solid electrolytic cell, a baffle plate 21 is provided on a tube outer gas passage 18 partitioned by the outer circumferential surfaces of adjacent cylindrical cells 1, and the gas flow in the center part of the tube outer gas passage 18 separated from the surface of the cylindrical cell 1 is arrested. So, most of the gas makes contact with the cell outer surface, and contributes to the chemical combustion reaction in the cell or a generating reaction.

CONSTITUTION:Suitable quantity of nitrate of La, Ca, and Cr is prepared and stirred to be mixed while being dissolved into water, and then dried to remove moisture content. Solid material thereby obtained is sufficiently pulverized by means of an Si3N4 ball mill and subjected to a thermal decomposition process to remove nitric acid content from powder. This powder is processed by the Si3N4 ball mill and subjected to a crystallization process. The powder thereof is processed by the Si3N4 ball mill, subjected to particle diameter control, and processed by the Si3N4 ball mill.

摘要： PURPOSE:To form a porous electrode excellent in gas diffusibility and electrical conductivity. CONSTITUTION:A slurry 8 composed of a perovskite-type compound oxide having a particle size adjusted to a suitable value is put in a vessel 7 and a porous substrate 2 is then immersed therein for a sufficiently long time while uniformly stirring the slurry 8 by rotating a magnetic bar 9 using a stirrer 10. An uncalcined perovskite-type compound oxide layer is formed on the surface of the porous substrate 2 and film formation is carried out after sufficiently drying the resultant layer in a condition where cracking can be prevented by calcining the dried layer, thus obtaining the objective porous electrode.

A coolant passage, extending in the axial direction and allowing a coolant to flow therein, is provided in the collector member.
