    • PURPOSE:To remove effectively flare light in a light emitting wave length of an LED, and reduce crosstalk when it is arrayed by arranging a dye layer on a side surface so as to absorb light having a specific wave length. CONSTITUTION:In a light transmitting body having a radius (r) and a circular cross section, the refractive index distribution within range of 0.3r to 0.7r has the refractive index distribution almost approximate to a quadratic curve regulated by an expression toward an outer peripheral surface from the center axis. A layer composed of light absorbing dye capable of cutting off effectively light of 630 to 850nm, is arranged on the outer periphery of the light transmitting body having a characteristic value of (1.4 ). It has also a characteristic value of which an MTF value measured by forming a grid image of four line pair/mm on a CCD line sensor through the light transmitting body becomes 70% or more. In the expression, (n0) represents a refractive index of a center axis part of a primary body of the light transmitting body, and n(r) represents a refractive index of a position part of a radius (r) on the center axis side of the primary body of the light transmitting body, and G represents a refractive index distribution constant of the primary body of the light transmitting body, and (r) represents a distance (mm) on the center axis side of the primary body of the light transmitting body.

    • PURPOSE:To form a cylindrical lens part having good optical axis symmetry and to provide the plastic cylindrical lens of a convex face which can be formed by a simple method, and is low in cost and light in weight by using a method of curing a resin compsn. by using collimated beams of light. CONSTITUTION:This cylindrical lens has the transparent plastic cylindrical lens part 2 having the convex shape on at least one surface of planes and having optical axis symmetry within a flat plate made of a resin having a light scattering part 1. This process for production consists in first irradiating the flat planar resin compsn. on which a photomask having the cylindrical lens forming part with diffusing light to polymerize and cure the photoirradiated part to a transparent state. The surfaces of the transparent cured part are made into the convex shape by the shrinkage on curing of the cured part at this time. The photomask is removed in this state and the entire part of the flat planar resin compsn. is irradiated with the collimated beams of light to cure the uncured matter to a translucent state, by which this plastic lens is obtd.

    • PURPOSE:To stably provide films and filaments in which a high precision dimensional stability is required, by providing sealing liquid passages in a pump driving shaft and in side plates on both sides of gears, and lubricating a driving bearing part and the sliding parts on both sides of gears with a sealing liquid. CONSTITUTION:A driving gear 6 and a driven gear 7 rotating in a state where they are engaged with each other, are respectively loaded on a driving shaft 4 and a driven shaft 5, and very small sliding parts are provided between respective side plates 1, 2 and a casing 3. A resin solution is sucked from an inlet passage (c) provided in a head 13 and the side plate 2, and sent to a discharge passage (d). On the other hand, a sealing liquid is introduced from a tank 9 through a line 11 by a pump 10 to be passed through spiral sealing liquid supply passages (a) formed on the peripheral surfaces of the driving shaft 4 and the driven shaft 5, and to be sent to sealing liquid passages (b) formed on the side faces of the driving gear 6 and the driven gear 7. After that, the sealing liquid is discharged from sealing liquid discharge passages (e) formed at the centers of the driving shaft 4 and the driven shaft 5, and collected by a collecting tank 14.
