In such a case, since a transmitting/receiving operation is performed between plural sensor means 26, 36 and the equipment 16 at a certain synchronized timing, bidirectional communication can be performed, and also, not only the plural sensor means but the housing facility equipment like the informing means can be battery-driven.

    • PURPOSE:To shorten a lock-up time as much as possible and to perform FSK modulation to the oscillation frequency of a VCO directly with code strings by varying the signal transmission characteristics of an LPF at the time of lock-up and transmission. CONSTITUTION:For a reception operation, the radio waves of 429.75MHz, inputted to an antenna 1 are amplified through a transmission/reception switching means 2 in a high-frequency amplifier means 3 and then converted to 450kHz of an intermediate frequency in a frequency conversion means 4. Then, FSK demodulation is performed by a detection means 6. The signals of the VCO 8 are 34344-frequency-divided by a frequency divider means 9 and the reference signals of 12.5kHz are outputted at a reference frequency oscillation means 10. The phases of the 12.5kHz reference signals and the 34344-frequency-divided signals from the means 9 are compared and a phase difference is outputted in a phase comparator means 11 and the high-frequency components of the 12.5kHz signals are removed in the LPF 15. Then, the VCO 8 is controlled so as to make the phase difference '0' and the oscillation frequency is turned to 12.5kHzX34344=429.3MHz. The frequency dividing number 34344 of the frequency divider means 9 is set by the signals from a control means 16.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the influence of radio interference by normally minimizing and transmitting a transmission output, and increasing and retransmitting the transmission output only in case of a failure in transmission. CONSTITUTION:When a wireless remote controller 5 is operated, the operation contents are immediately converted into operation information, whose packet signal is generated by adding transmission control information, etc., and transmitted from a remote control transmitter 7 to a hot water supplier 1. The transmission output of the remote control transmission part 7 is switched between high and low stages; the transmission output is normally made to be low and transmitted, but the same is increased and retransmitted if there is a failure in the transmission for some reason. Namely, a retransmission control part 12 stores the packet signal transmitted from the remote transmission part 7 to the hot water supplier 1, and when an answer signal to it is not received by a remote control reception part 8 within a certain period of time, the packet signal containing the same operation contents is transmitted again to the remote control transmission part 7 and an instruction for increasing the transmission output of the remote control transmission is outputted.
