SOLUTION: An inlet 1 and an outlet 2 are provided in a rectangular form. A trap unit 4 is installed at the lower side of the inlet 1. The trap unit 4 is composed of a hollow float 9, a trap valve hole 11, and a float cover 13. The steam passes from the inlet 1 to the outlet 2 by converting the flowing direction rectangularly. A condensed water in the steam flows down to a trap chamber 10, and it is exhausted from the trap valve hole 11 to the outer side.

SOLUTION: A piston 14 is provided with a semispherical space 33. Pressure sensors 32 and 34 are attached into the space 33. A coil spring 12 is arranged at the lower part of a main valve element 7 while being energized in valve closing direction. A distortion gauge 20 is attached to the coil spring 12. Pressure added to the piston 14 is detected by the pressure sensors 32 and 34 and the deforming amount of the coil spring 12 is detected by the distortion gauge 20 and converted into loads so that the valve aperture of the main valve element 7 balanced with these loads can be calculated and further the downward flow rate in the pressure reducing valve can be calculated from the pressure difference of primary and secondary sides.

An ejector 4 is attached to the inside of the upper chamber 20 and the nozzle unit 7 of the ejector 4 is connected to a cooling fluid supplying pipe 3. The suction port 8 of the ejector 4 is opened in the upper chamber 20. A coil type indirect heat exchanging unit 5 is connected to the diffuser 9 of the ejector 4. The cooling fluid, supplied to the ejector 4, is supplied into the indirect heat exchanging unit 5 while making a part of vapor in the upper chamber 20 through the suction port 8 to effect the heat exchange of vapor in the upper chamber 20 of the heat exchanging vessel 1 furthermore and condense the vapor.
