SOLUTION: A customer arriving for feeding oil stops own car at an oil supply area 3. Then, an oil supply nozzle is taken off a nozzle hook by a worker and is inserted into an oil port of the car to supply oil. After the end of the supply of the oil, when the oil supply nozzle is put back to the nozzle hook, an oil supply data is outputted to a POS 8 of a paying spot 5. Then, the customer moves to the paying spot 5 within a building 4 to pay his oil charge. At this point, a clerk operates a keyboard of the POS 8 to issue an oil slip from a printer. Thereafter, when a shopping is made at a convenient store 6, the car is moved to a parking area 7 and the oil slip is inserted into a slip reader 10 in the store 6 to unlock a gate 9 for entry.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a display means easy for customers inside and outside the filling station to see and effectively utilize the side of the filling station by fitting the display means to a fire fence facing the inside of the site. SOLUTION: An island 4 is provided in the site 3 of the filling station which is surrounded with the fire fence 1 and faces a rod 2, an oil-feeding device 5 is stood on the island 4, and a building 6, etc., is constructed at a corner part of the site 3, which is covered with a canopy 7 over it. At the filling station of this constitution, the fire fence 1 is provided with the display means 8. The display means 8 is formed by fitting one surface of prisms 9 as a fitting part 9a in parallel to the fire fence 1 and forming other two surfaces as display surfaces 9b and 9c. The display surface 9b is seen from outside the filling station and the display surface 9c is seen from inside the filling station. Consequently, the driver on an automobile traveling on the road 2 nearby the filling station can see only the display on the display surface 9b of the fire fence 1, and enters the site 3 and stops at an oil feeding point in front of the island 4.

The electric power generated by means of the solar batteries 10 is stored in a battery 8. When the driver of the vehicle 1 supplies the electric power of the battery 8 to a motor 12 by operating a driving device 11, the tires 2 are rotated and the vehicle 1 travels. While the vehicle 1 is traveling, the electric power generated by means of the batteries 10 are continuously supplied to the motor 12 through the battery 8. Therefore, the vehicle does not raise any environmental pollution problem even when the vehicle 1 travels in an urban district, because the vehicle does not contaminate the air nor produce noise.

A mechanism controller 25, receiving a feed preparation signal from a feed controller 40, drive-controls motors 13, 16 of a moving mechanism based on a signal from a feed port sensor 21 to move a feed nozzle to a feed port, inserts the feed nozzle by a motor 19 of the moving mechanism and outputs a preparation complete signal to the feed controller 40. The feed controller 40 opens an open/close valve 34 of the selected oil type and discharges oil in an oil storage tank from the feed nozzle via a pump 32, a flow meter 33 and the open/close valve 34. A flow rate pulse from the flow meter 33 is calculated by the feed controller 40, and this calculated oil feed data is displayed on an fed amount indicator 36.

Opening/closing valves 12 and 13 are respectively provided in the branch pipes 9 and 10. A pressure sensor 14 is provided in the second branch pipe 10. A pressure signal from the pressure sensor 14 and a water feeding request signal from the car washing controller 3a of the car washing machine 3 are inputted to a controller 20 connected to each device, opening/closing signals are outputted from the controller 20 to the opening/closing valves 12 and 13 and a driving signal is outputted to the water pump 8.

SOLUTION: Water is fed to a water storage tank 4 through a ball tap 2 from a water supply pipe 3. An on-off valve 7 opened by a lever 6 is arranged in an outflow port 5 and connected to a closet 8 through a first piping 9. A second piping 12 connected to a sewage main pipe 11 is arranged in an outflow port 10 of the closet 8. The upper and lower ends of an expandable tube 16 formed of a rubber film are fixed at flanges 17 of outer shells 15 of pipings 9 and 12, and a muffling means in which a hole 18 for incoming and outgoing of air between the outer shell 15 and the expansion rube 16 is formed is added to the lower end thereof. This constitution usually closes a line by the expandable tube 16 and only when water flows, the expandable tube is forcibly expanded to cause a flow of water. This constitution prevents mixture of air and suppresses the generation of noise.
