摘要： PURPOSE:To manufacture nonmagnetic steel material having very low magnetic property, high yield ratio and high proportional limit ratio, by the solution treatment of high Mn steel having been hot rolled so as to austenize its structure at ordinary temp., then after cold rolling by imparting tensile force under specific conditions. CONSTITUTION:High Mn steel contg. 0.2-1.5% C, 4-25% Mn, 0.1-2.0% Si, or contg. in addition, 0.1-10% Cr, is hot rolled. The steel is either cooled as it is from high temp. so that no coarse carbide which inhibits the cold rolling property may be precipitated, or the steel having been cooled after hot rolling is reheated to a temp. at which carbon makes solid solution sufficiently, then cooled so that no coarse carbide may be precipitated, thereby forming austene structure excellent in toughness. The material is further cold rolled, and heated to a temp. 200-700 deg.C in order to apply tensile force of a load smaller than the tensile breaking load of the steel material. Hereby nonmagnetic steel having high yield ratio, high proportional limit ratio and desired toughness is manufactured.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water stop construction in an anchor construction in which the water stop function is not deteriorated event when a tension member is tensed. SOLUTION: A tension member (PC stranded wire 1) to be inserted into an anchor installed hole, an anchoring device for fixing the tension member to one end side of the anchor installation hole and grout 2 to be filled between the anchor installation hole and tension member are provided. At one end side of the tension member, the grout 2 and the tension member are isolated and a free length portion is formed, at the other end side, the tension member is anchored with the grout 2 and an anchored length portion is formed. The boundary between the free length portion and the anchored length portion is sequentially covered with an adhesive 4 and a thermal shrinkage tube 5. An insulation layer 6 for isolating the thermal shrinkage tube 5 and the grout 2 are provided. When the tension member is tensed, the direct adhesion force between the thermal shrinkage tube 5 and the grout 2 is lost and thus adhesion force at the interface between the tension member and the adhesive 4 or the interface between the thermal shrinkage tube 5 and the adhesive 4 does not show a considerable change and thus the water stopping property can be maintained.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a prestressed concrete steel (PC steel) strand wire excellent in anticorrosiveness and fatigue, and a cable using the strand wire. SOLUTION: This strand wire is a PC steel strand wire 4 consisting of bare PC steel strand wires 1 and polyethylene covering 3 on the outer periphery of the wires. An epoxy resin 2 including a curing agent is introduced between the bare PC steel strand wires 1 and the polyethylene covering 3. The curing agent is controlled so that the epoxy resin 2 has fluidity in PC steel strand wire manufacturing and is cured in straining the PC steel strand wire. The epoxy resin is not cured when a cable is manufactured with the such strand wires so the resin covering of cable ends can be easily removed and enlarging of the anchorage is not needed when the cable is used. When the cable is used, the epoxy resin is already cured and so the cable is covered with two layers of epoxy resin covering and the polyethylene covering and has excellent corrosion resistance.

After concrete is placed in a form and solidified, the other end of the core reinforcement 3 is tensed and fixed into a specified position by a fastening metallic material to form the column member 1. In the case of using non-unbonded prestressing steel wires, concrete is placed and solidified in the state of one end being fixed and tensed, and then the tension of the prestressing steel wires is released.
