    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a seal lip 32 tightly adhered to a bellows cap 22 at a movable end of a bellows 20 to certainly prevent introduction of pressure in a pipe into a pressure chamber A, when the bellows 20 extends to a limit extending length by decrease of the pressure in the pipe introduced into the pressure chamber A. SOLUTION: The bellows gap 22 is disposed at the movable end of the bellows 20 separating inside the outer shell 10 the pressure lead-in chamber A and a gas chamber B. In the outer shell 10, a step surface 22b formed on the bellows cap 22 tightly adhered to the seal lip 32 prevents the seal lip 32 of a seal member 30 positioned on the outer periphery of the inner end of a pressure hole C from inverting to the inner peripheral side due to flow pressure of the fluid upon dropping of the pipe pressure and differential pressure between the pressure chamber A and the pressure hole C. A self sealing function of the seal lip 32 certainly shuts between the pressure chamber A and the pressure hole C.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate an accumulator from the outside by turnably mounting a valve part provided with an opening/closing hole to regulate the distribution sectional area of a pumping hole through turning on a valve seat surface across the pumping hole of a fluid port, and providing a turning means capable of turning the valve part from the outside of the fluid port. SOLUTION: A valve part 8 is mounted on a valve seat 7 formed on an upper surface of a mounting groove 18 orthogonal to the axis of a pumping hole 5. The degree of opening of an upper pumping hole 5a of the fluid port 4 and an opening/closing hole 10 of the valve part 8 is regulated by loosening a fixing bolt, inserting a handle in a fitting hole to turn the valve part 8, and controlling the distribution sectional area of the upper pumping hole 5a according to the lapping degree with the opening/closing hole 10 in the valve part 8. In the turnable valve part 8, a turning means comprises the fitting hole and the handle. Because the valve part 8 of the accumulator can be easily regulated from the outside to set the damping frequency to be corresponding to the pulsation frequency, the accumulator excellent in the pulsation damping factor can be obtained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the direct connection of an accumulator to a pipeline, and secure the durability thereof against the sudden fluid pressure by providing a main body having a communication chamber between both pipeline joints, and providing a restriction through passage for fluid in impact pressure absorbing plates provided for partitioning in the communication chamber. SOLUTION: An accumulator main body 2 is formed with a flange 3 in on both ends thereof, and both the ends 5, which are arranged on both sides of a cylindrical part 4, are caulked for integration by bolts 11. The main body 2 is provided with a communication chamber 9 between passages 8a, 8b formed on both the ends 5. Impact absorbing plates 6, 6 are fixed to the main body 2 in parallel with each other so as to partition the communication chamber 9 and so as to seal the communication chamber 9. The impact absorbing plate 6 is formed of a rubber plate or a metal plate or the like, and formed with a through passage 12 at a central part thereof, and a clearance chamber 9a is formed between the impact absorbing plates 6, 6. Impact fluid pressure propagated inside a pipeline 7 is directly received for absorption by the impact absorbing plates 6, and while the impact absorbing plates 6 cooperate with the clearance chamber 9a so as to restrict the influence of the impact pressure to other equipment.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a bladder of an inexpensive material and to simplify its structure by forming an orifice hole in the bladder for dividing a shell empty chamber into a port flow-in chamber and an orifice flow-in chamber, the orifice hole being for communicating both chambers. SOLUTION: An empty chamber 5 in a shell 2 is divided into an orifice flow-in chamber 19 and a port flow-in chamber 20 by a bladder 14 and an orifice hole 18 for communicating the orifice flow-in chamber 19 and the port flow-in chamber 20 to each other is formed in the bladder 14. The material of the bladder 14 is a resin or rubber and gas transmissivitiy is not a problem. An impact pressure produced in a piping line is caused to flow into the port flow-in chamber 20, the bladder 14 is pressed to the orifice flow-in chamber 19 and simultaneously a fluid is caused to flow from the orifice hole 18 into the orifice flow-in chamber 19. The moment the pressure of the port flow-in chamber 20 becomes smaller than that of the orifice flow-in chamber 19, the fluid of the orifice flow-in chamber 19 is caused to flow out through the orifice hole 18 to the port flow-in chamber 20 side. By repeating this operation, an impact face is absorbed. Thus, a shape is made small and an inexpensive material is provided.

    • PURPOSE: To form a shell into thin plate thickness, to form an accumulator into small size and further to form a connecting part between the shell and an end cover into a simple structure by interposing with a fitting part and calking part of the shell a bladder mounting part so as to be in adhesion to a seating part of the end cover. CONSTITUTION: A shell 3, in plate shape of almost equal thickness, is formed into bottomed cylindrical shape. The shell 3 has a cylinder part 17, to form its opening side into a fitting part 1 having a tapered part 25 and a cylindrical supporting part 27. An opening side of the fitting part is formed into a calking part 2 bent to bee engaged with a stepped part 5 of an end cover 7. In a manner of interposing the end cover 7 by the calking part 2 and the tapered part 25, both the parts are secured, In one end of a large diametric surface 4a in a seating part 4, a stop part 12 is provided, and it is formed in an L-shaped section, to have a stop surface 23 in one end of a peripheral surface, also to have a small protrusion 22 in the other end.
