    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively remove pollutants by arranging corrugated shielding plates in parallel along waterflow. SOLUTION: In a river 1, corrugated shielding plates 2 are provided parallel to waterflow 3 while being fixed on a base provided on the riverbed. The angle of the corrugated shape of each shielding plate 2 can be varied when necessary. In use, the shielding plates 2 weaken the resistance of waterftow and trap pollutants in the river by means of a Karman vortex street produced in the waterflow. Therefore, the shielding plates are not exerted with fluid resistance at right angles as in conventional cases, and so can prevent closure and effectively remove pollutants in water, and, when the angle of the shielding plate is made variable, it can be set to an optimum condition depending on the waterflow, the water flow rate and the amounts of pollutants in the water; also, free traffic of ships is made possible, and dredging can be achieved easily.

SOLUTION: The upper part 2 of a shielding body 1 is formed of a flexible material. The shielding body 2 is slitted as occasion demands. The shielding body 2 is integrally provided on a lower shielding body. The lower part 4 of the shielding body 1 is formed of a rigid material such as iron plate, Floats 5 are provided at proper intervals on both surfaces of the lower shielding body 4. An L-shaped weight 6 is provided on the lower part of the shielding body 1. Thus, an enclosing section can be easily partitioned in perfectly closed state, and when a work barge gets into the section, the upper shielding body 2 is laid in the fallen state, and the work barge can advance into the section over it.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring water passing through a water permeable housing member which is arranged at a place where sea or river water tends to stagnate and easily contaminated into contact with a calcium-containing substance or an iron material to purify the same and, especially, to enhance dephosphorizing effect by filling the housing member with at least one of the calcium-containing substance and the iron material. SOLUTION: The side surfaces of a frame 1 composed of an iron material, etc., are surrounded by a metal net 2 and the interior of the frame surrounded by the metal net is filled with a calcium-containing substance or an iron material 3 to form environment purifying matter and a concrete frame 4 is provided to the bottom part of the purifying matter in order to send the purifying matter to the bottom of water. This environment purifying matter is arranged in order to protect the shore of a bay deep part or an artificial island or arranged to the bottom part of water of the central part of water environment of a dam, lakes and marshes, rivers or a river-mouth but arranged in a state floated in water corresponding to an arranging place. When this environment purifying matter is used in eutrophicated water for a predetermined time, a phosphorus compd. in water is reacted with the iron material to form iron phosphate but, by reacting generated iron phosphate with the calcium- containing substance, iron phosphate is formed into a stable calcium salt to be prevented from re-elution.

Then, when the person puts on the footwear and the body weight of the person is put on from an upper part, by making the inner side part 2 more highly compressive than the outer side part 1, the inner side part 2 is compressed larger than the outer side part 1, the thickness of the bottom is thinned at the inner side part 2 and the bottom A and the bottom A' are inclined from the outer side part 1 toward the inner side part 2. Thus, the muscle strength of the legs and the back muscle strength are daily and easily improved and a straight good posture is kept.

    • PURPOSE:To strengthen a sand ground by effectively using muddy water by injecting sludge and/or muddy water mixed with a thickener, etc., in fine fiber as required in the sand ground. CONSTITUTION:Sludge on a bottom 6 of the sea, etc., is drawn up by a dredger 5 and delivered to a high pressure pump 8 through a pipe 7. The sludge mixed with fine fibers and other components as required by uniformly dispersing them in the sludge through a pipe 10 from a tank 9 with a slurry containing the fine fibers and one or more of a thickener, an interfacial active agent, a coagulant and a water reducing agent as required while the sludge passes the pipe 7 at a stage before it reaches the high pressure pump 8 is injected into a pipe 3. This sludge is injected into a sand ground with pressure from an opening provided on the pipe 3 and permeates. A plural number of the pipes 3 are buried at a plural number of points as required, and injection with pressure is simultaneously or sequentially carried out from the pipes 3 respectively. Consequently, solid components and the fine fibers sequentially permeate the sand around through weak points with water, and they are distributed all over and strengthen the ground.
