    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and stably control the moisture value in sintering raw material at the production of sintered ore from iron ore. SOLUTION: In a method for controlling the moisture in the sintering raw material to a target moisture in the sintering equipment provided with a mixer 5 having a water pouring function, in the upstream side of the mixer, the moisture value in the sintering raw material is measured for each description with an absolute dry type moisture meters 2a-2e and the forward-control of the water pouring quantity in the mixer is executed based on these measured values, and in the downstream side of the mixer, the moisture value in the sintering raw material mixed in the mixer, is measured with an infrared moisture meter 13, and the feedback-control of the water pouring quantity in the mixer is executed based on this measured value. At this time, it is desirable to execute the moisture measurement with the absolute dry type moisture meter at the frequency of one time per 2 hr and to take >=80 g per one time of the analyzing sample wt. for the absolute dry type moisture meter and to execute the feedback-control at the interval of 15-30 min.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate preceding excess of sintering by averaging an air volume distribution of a charged raw material layer. SOLUTION: A baffle plate 11 is vertically provided from below a fire grate 2 near a sidewall side frame 4a in a suction chamber B of a pallet 6. Further, an oblique plate 12 is obliquely provided from the frame 4a toward its inside. The frame 4a of the chamber B has a step, and a width of a lower end of the chamber B is shorter than that of a mount of the grate at a lower end of a charging chamber A. A longitudinal side frame of a pallet connector of the chamber B is provided obliquely toward an inside of the chamber B. A resistance is given to a flow of the air in the chamber B flowing from four sides of the chamber B toward a central direction, and hence a raw material in the chamber A is suppressed at an excess wind speed so that preceding excess of sintering is eliminated. Further, wear of the pallet is prevented.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly, accurately and automatically adjust the basicity of a product sintered ore to a target value by measuring the contents of SiO2 and CaO in the product sintered ore, obtaining the basicity, deciding an evaluation point from the difference between the measured value and the target value and automatically correcting a CaO blending ratio. SOLUTION: Each of contents of SiO2 and CaO in the product sintered ore in a sintered ore producing process is measured every prescribed period, and the basicity (CaO/SiO2 ) is obtd. from these measured values, and a range distributed with the deviations obtained by subtracting the measured value from the target value, is divided into plural sections. An evaluation point according to a deviation range in a section is set in the each section, and an evaluation point table for the evaluation points is beforehand prepared. On the other hand, the content of SiO2 and that of CaO in the product sintered ore in a sintered ore producing operation is measured in time sequenrially and the basicity is obtd. from the measured values of these contents at this time, and the deviation from the target value is obtd. The section of the deviation range, to which this deviation belongs, is obtd. from the evaluation point table, and the evaluation point corresponding to this section is imparted to the basicity, and by this method, the raw material blending ratio of the CaO source is automatically corrected to adjust the basicity of the product sintered ore.
