CONSTITUTION:A radiator apparatus 11 installed on the upper roof portion of a car body 10 of an engine is constructed so that a pair of right and left radiators 12A, 12B are installed in such a manner as to be laid substantially in the shape of angle with its center open in section along the upper roof portion. Oblong cross flow fans 13 are disposed under the respective radiators 12A, 12B extending over the longitudinal substantially full length, and a radiator duct 14 for conducting the outside air to the whole surface of the radiators 12A, 12B uniformly from above to below by the rotation of cross flow fans 13 is disposed below the right and left radiators 12A, 12B. The radiator duct 14 is constructed so that portions of duct upper surface plate 14a and a lower surface plate 14b which are raised vertically in such a manner as to project a little over between the right and left radiators are used as a narrow air outlet 14d.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress high frequency noise, to be produced through amplification of the sound of high pressure pulsating air flow, by forming a plurality of sound paths, for guiding the sound of cooling air fed through a cooling air path in the peripheral direction of frame, in a space delimited by the outer peripheral surface at the coil end part and the inner peripheral surface of the frame. CONSTITUTION:A sound guide mechanism comprises a group of sound path composition members comprising a plurality of sound guide boards 22 and a plurality of sound path composition members 24 arranged between the sound guide boards 22. Sound of cooling air fed through a vent 14 in a rotor core 9 is guided in the peripheral direction of a frame l by means of the sound path composition members 24 and the axial length of each member 24 is made longer gradually toward the frame l with respect to the coil end 4a side. Since the reciprocal path of sound has different length, noise is not amplified at a specific frequency and thereby high frequency noise is suppressed.

    • PURPOSE:To automatically and surely detect derailment by providing a derailment detecting sensor interposed between a derailment member, link-mounted horizontally astride both rails, and a movable guide member liftably provided in the outside of the derailment member. CONSTITUTION:A rail-shaped derailment member 9 with the section upside down is link-mounted horizontally astride both rails 1 in each front and rear end part of a frame 5 of a bogie 3 running on a pair of the rails 1, and a pair of boss parts 9a are provided in an intermediate top surface of this derailment member 9. The outside of the derailment member 9 is crowned with an upside down sectional movable guide member 10 of squared shape with one side open so as to be energized downward by tension of a coil spring 11 and liftably supported. A derailment detecting sensor 13 such as a microswitch is interposed between the derailment member 9 and the movable guide member 10. In this way, when a wheel 8 of the bogie 3 is derailed, the movable guide member 10 is relatively lifted upward to on-operate a derailment detecting sensor 13, so that an alarm is actuated.

Further, the bell cranks 7A and 7B are intercoupled through coupling links 12 on both sides such that the bell cranks are rotated in a reverse direction to each other in the same angle arc. The bell cranks 7A-8B are coupled to the shaft boxes 4A-4D through links 6A-6D. The bell cranks 7A and 7B are joined with nose support metals 13A and 13B of hook type motors 2A and 2B, mounted on respective axles, through nose support moving links 14A and 14B, respectively.

    • PURPOSE:To make the noise during rotation small and enlarge output by arranging an acoustic wave amplification preventive member at the position where the distance from the periphery of a stator coil becomes not more than the half of the wavelength of an acoustic wave arising by the pulse air current of the frequency of the number that the number of rotor bars is multiplied by the revolution of a rotor. CONSTITUTION:A sound isolation plate 50 is arranged at the position where the distance l between the inwall of a frame 4 and the periphery of a stator coil 12 becomes smaller than 0.5 times the wavelength of an acoustic wave or at the position where it becomes larger than 1 time. In other words, the sound isolating plate 50 is arranged at the position of the distance l1, which is generally fairly smaller than the half of the wavelength of the acoustic wave having a certain frequency, from the periphery of the stator coil 12. Hereby, high frequency noise by a motor itself rotating at high speed, caused by the cooling wind for cooling the induction motor, is filtered.
