    • PURPOSE:To provide the building management equipment in which an arrangement time for deciding a specification of an interface is reduced, simple design is attained and the extension performance is improved. CONSTITUTION:A central monitor panel 10 and an installation controller 13 of each installation equipment are connected with an interface 12 and an interface logic model adopting an object orientation analysis is applied between the monitor panel 10 and the controller 13, and interface information such as operation, monitor, setting and maintenance is formed to a model to simplify the specification of the interface 12 and to make it clear. Furthermore, the communication for maintenance and setting is realized by providing an exclusive file transfer mode in the interface 12. Moreover, the design of the interface is much more simplified by adopting a model for the interface information. Thus, the interface 12 is built up without grasping mutual configuration between the central monitor panel 10 and each installation equipment and the information is communicated with each other, the arrangement time for building up the interface is much reduced and the simple design and the improvement of the extension performance are attained.

    • PURPOSE:To transmit packet signals, etc., even when the packet signals to be transmitted from plural terminals collide between transmission lines in various feeding states by outputting control signals to first and second power feeding circuit switches and a cross switch based on the output control signals of first and second power supply polarity detection circuits. CONSTITUTION:This system is composed of a junction circuit 11, first polarity detection circuit 14, second polarity detection circuit 15, first power feeding circuit switch 16, second power feeding circuit switch 17, control circuit 18 and cross switch 19. Then, even when the polarities of direct current power sources to be fed to first and second transmission lines 2 and 3 are different, the difference between the feeding states of the power sources is automatically detected and further, the states are made adaptive to be coincident. Thus, even when the packet signals transmitted from the plural terminals collide, competition is executed by the junction circuit so as to normally transmit the packet signals.

    • PURPOSE:To enable to use a mono-directional switch element by forming a full-wave rectification bridge circuit with using two pieces each of diodes and LEDs, and making the constitution to connect the mono-directional switch element to the DC output end. CONSTITUTION:In the case positive and negative voltages are impressed respectively to input terminals 1a, 1b, a current is made to flow to the LED 4a of a photocoupler 4 when an L-voltage is inputted to a control input terminal 2, and a phototransistor PTr 4b is turned ON. A current loop consisting of the terminal 1a, LED 5a, PTr 4b, diode 9, current limiting resistor 7, and terminal 1b, is thereby formed. No current is made to flow to the LED 6a and diode 8 due to their becoming inverse bias state. Consequently, THE LED 5a is emitted and PTr 5b is turned ON, thereby a polarity output terminal 3a becomes to L-level. The LED 6a is not emitted and a PTr 6b is turned OFF; therefore, a polarity output terminal 3b becomes H-level, which indicates that the positive voltage is being impressed on the terminal 1a. The current with the constant direction is always made to flow to the PTr 4b even if either the positive or negative voltage is impressed on the terminals 1a, 1b.

    • PURPOSE:To easily display the set position of terminal equipment on a controller by providing a room code conforming to the layout of each room, and transmitting the self-code from the terminal equipment provided in each room to an equipment controller which controls communication among distributively arranged plural pieces of the equipment. CONSTITUTION:A control signal sent from a transmission path 1 is received by a communicating means 16, and when a communication destination address corresponds to the self-address of terminal equipment 2 concerned set in a self-address setting means 18, an arithmetic control means 17 reads a control instruction out of signals, drives a control means 20, and executes the control of a household electric appliance 4. When the appliance is operated, and its condition is changed, a monitor means 21 detects it, sends a detecting signal to the means 17, the self-address set by the means 18, the room code set by a room code setting means 19, and further the address of the controller to be a transmission destination are added to the detecting signal here, and the communicating means 16 is instructed to return an obtained returning signal to the transmission path 1.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate an installation and a change of a system by allowing a room controller(RC) to have a means for discriminating a sensor and a load, a means for setting an RC number and a room code setting means, and providing an information transmission means for transmitting the connecting information, RC number information and room code information which have been obtained by these means to a main controller(MC). CONSTITUTION:A main controller MC3 initializes an RC number pointer and a timer after a prescribed time at the time of a system rise has elapsed, sends out successively a packet to each RC1, RC2, respectively, and requests to transmit connecting information and room code information of loads and sensors 2A-2F from the RC1 and the RC2. In case the RC1 and the RC2 corresponding to the RC number concerned have returned the connecting information, the RC number information and the room code information of the sensor and the load, these information is set to a connection table. In case such a search has been ended with respect to all of the RC1 and the RC2 which have been connected, the sensors and the loads 2A-2F for executing the monitoring and the control, the connecting information, the RC number information and the room code information are allocated to a monitoring control table this time, based on the information of the connection table in a storage circuit of the inside of a CPU.

    • PURPOSE:To improve a load equipment control response by selecting the state information destination of the monitor input terminal of a terminal equipment and controlling a load equipment directly between terminal equipments without passing through a master device. CONSTITUTION:When the master device 1 generates a control request for a terminal equipment 2e, a control signal having a transmission origin address and a transmission destination address is sent from the master device 1 to a line 5. When the output signal is inputted to a power control circuit 7e, the power control circuit 7e controls power supply to the load equipment 3e according to the input data part. When said output signal is inputted to the monitor input, on the other hand, the state of the monitor input terminal is read by the terminal equipment 2e and then a monitor signal is sent from the terminal equipment 2e which is set in a normal mode to an equipment which has the transmission destination address of a last received telegraphic message, i.e. the master device 1.
