摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent an recognition error from occurrence caused by slipping-out of a recognition mark from a window and to improve working efficiency. CONSTITUTION:In a printing machine having a recognition function wherein a recognition camera 6 which moves to a displayed position and recognizes positions of recognition marks 14 and 15 on a base sheet 5 and a correcting device which corrects the printing position in accordance with the amt. of deviation of the position detected by means of the recognition camera 6 are provided, slipping-out of the recognition marks 14 and 15 from a window for recognition is prevented and occurrence of a recognition error is suppressed by providing a correcting device which corrects the position of movement of the recognition camera 6 in accordance with the result on recognition of the positions of the recognition marks 14 and 15 on the base sheet 5.

This supply device 3 is operated on the basis of the data for locating the parts cassette 2 in the parts attracting position A in conformity to the parts mounting program, and a motor is rotated for the purpose and location is made. A parts attracting part 1 attracts the part by attracting nozzles 4 moving rotationally one after another from parts cassettes 2 which are sent one after another to the parts supply position A according to the program, and each attracting nozzle 4 moves and receives a piece of parts mounted in the parts mounting position B.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a mounting device of this design from decreasing the percentage of holding electronic components properly by air-suction and to protect an equipment and an electronic component against damage due to the input of error data by a method wherein the level of the electronic component is measured by a detection means, and a suction head is made to descend or ascend to a position correspondent to the level of the electronic component. CONSTITUTION:After an electronic component 4 is positioned, the level of it is measured by an optical distance measuring device 6. The measured level data of the electronic component 4 is sent to a control device 12, and the control device 12 makes a suction head 7 descend to a position level with the electronic component 4 through a level drive motor 8 basing on the level data of the component 4. A suction nozzle 9 is caused to suck air to hold the electronic component 4. The suction head 7 is made to ascend by the drive motor 8. By driving a DC motor 3, an XY table 2 equipped with the suction head 7 is positioned in a prescribed position where an electronic circuit board 10 is mounted with electronic components. After the positioning of the table 2 is finished, the suction head 7 is made to descend by driving the level drive motor 8. By shutting off the suction nozzle from a vacuum system, it releases the electronic component 4 to mount it on the electronic circuit board 10, and the suction head 7 is made to ascend by the level drive motor 8.
