    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for lining a shaft particularly suitable for lining a shaft having a large bore. SOLUTION: The lining apparatus for a shaft is provided with a frame portion 1A, a suspension mechanism portion 1B, a material introducing portion 1C, an agitating and mixing portion 1D, a rotary projecting portion 1E, and a rotary drive 1F. The rotary projecting portion 1E comprises an impeller 45 mounted at the lower end of an agitating cylinder 27, rollers 49 pivotally attached to a direction control plate 52 and disposed around the outside of the impeller, and an endless belt 48 wound between the impeller and the rollers in such a manner as to release a projecting opening 53. The rotary drive 1F includes a rotating and projecting motor 58 for rotating the impeller 45 and an agitating rotating shaft 34 at the same time via a connecting cylinder 47, and a direction controlling motor 59 for driving the direction control plate 52 to rotate it to vary the position of the projecting opening 53. When the impeller 45 is rotated by the motor 58, the endless belt 48 is rotated therewith guided by each roller 49.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an especially large capacity device widening the right and left width of the projection area to breaden the spraying area and securing an even spraying area and making it difficult to solidify the mixed materials in an agitating and mixing means. SOLUTION: This rotary projection means is provided with an impeller 13 having blades. A part of an endless beltlike material 27 is wound on the outer peripheral face so as to open the projection direction. Other parts are hung on many traveling guide members 23, 24 positioned at the outside of the impeller peripheral face. An agitating and mixing means is provided with an agitating and mixing cylinder 3 having a truncated conical shape and an agitating member. The small diameter end 4 of the agitating and mixing cylinder 3 is positioned to communicate with supplying means 1, 2, and in a cutout 9 to partly shift the discharging position to the small diameter end is formed in the large diameter part 5. The large diameter part 5 is exposed to the blades 16. The agitating member having the rotary shaft 10 and an agitating rod 12 and the agitating cylinder 3 are rotated by a rotary agitation means to lead concrete and an accelerating agent to the large diameter part 5 while agitating them and discharge the mixture from the large diameter part 5 having the cutout to the blades 16.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining device for a tunnel capable of completing the stirring and mixing of a lining material in a short time and smoothly transferring it to a rotary projecting part by improving a spraying method by a conventional air force-feed system and a conventional rotary projection system, obtaining the optimum kneaded condition by regulating the stirring and mixing time to a desired value, and preventing clogging troubles since the lining material is not stored or solidified in a stirring and mixing means. SOLUTION: A rotary shaft 8 and a stirring rod 9 are provided in a stirring and mixing chamber 4 formed of a truncated-conical cylinder 5, the truncated- conical cylinder 5 is rotated at a relatively low speed while the rotary shaft 8 and the stirring rod 9 are rotated at a relatively high speed in the same direction to stir and mix a lining material (a) introduced in the truncated-conical cylinder 5 with the set accelerating agent (b). The kneaded spray lining material (c) is successively transferred and discharged to a rotary projecting part 1C, and rotary-projected against an excavated wall surface of the tunnel through the rotary projecting part 1C.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a rotary projection type earth-retaining lining device into a structure such, that the troubles of closure due to setting of an earth-retaining material seldom occur. SOLUTION: A-vertical cylindrical casing 8 is provided at its upper end with inlets 12, 14 respectively for an earth-retaining material and an accelerating agent, and as the earth retaining material introduced via the inlet 12 is made to fall inside the casing 8 by the action of gravitational force, it is mixed with the accelerating agent by an agitating member 10, and a barrier 16 for feeding the earth retaining material and the accelerating agent separately to the agitating member 10 is hung from the top wall 8b of the casing 8. A first wiping member 17 for the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical barrier 16 which is concentric with the casing 8 and a second wiping member 18 for the inner peripheral surface of the casing 8 including the inlet for the accelerating agent are extended from a shaft member 9. Further, the agitating member 10 is projected up to a position where it is close to the inner peripheral surface of the casing 8.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excavating device which can be easily and efficiently operated and which is suitable for the excavating works in a shaft, by a support means detachably fitted to the wall face of the shaft. SOLUTION: An excavating means 5 is held by a hollow body opened at least at the upper end, in which a kibble bucket 8 can be moved up and down and a discharge way of the excavated soil is vertically formed. The hollow holder 2 is rotatably supported around the vertical axis in the center of the shaft by a supporting means 3 detachably fitted to the shaft wall and provided at both upper and lower ends thereof, and the excavating device 5 gyrates around the discharge way. A feed opening 10 for soil is opened on the side wall of the hollow holder 2, opposite to the excavating device 5. The excavating device 5 is provided with extensible arms 17, 18 holding the excavating part 9 and basal parts of arms branched to both right and left sides of the holder 2 are pivotted by the holder 2 at the opposite side of the excavating part, at both sides of the holder 2.
