    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a pulverizing efficiency of resin by wet-pulverizing a thermoplastic resin, whose pulverizing had been conventionally difficult since spreading property and plastic deforming property are strong and a heat resistance is low, together with alcohol. SOLUTION: At the time of pulverizing the thermoplastic resin, the resin is subjected to the pulverizing treatment after immersing previously the thermoplastic resin in alcohol. Or the thermoplastic resin is subjected to the wet- pulverization together with a supersaturated sodium chloride aq. soln. In this way, the pulverizing efficiency is improved without using a freeze pulverization bad in pulverization efficiency and requiring much refrigeration medium cost. The thermoplastic resin is not restricted especially, a high density polyethylene, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride are exemplified. Then the thermoplastic resin being a starting material is previously pulverized coarsely till 1mm max. grain size preferably. 1-4C alcohol, for example, methyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, propyl alcohol, etc., is exemplified as the alcohol.

    • PURPOSE:To discover the clogging of a mesh plate at an early stage, in finely pulverizing particles in a slurry by supplying the slurry and dilution water to a wet tube mill by controlling the concn. of the slurry on the basis of the slurry flow rate difference between the inlet and outlet of the mill. CONSTITUTION:A high concn. slurry and dilution water are mixed and the resulting mixture is supplied to a tube mill 7 from a mill inlet 7a and the particles in the slurry are ground within the mill by balls to obtain ultrafine particles. Subsequently, the slurry is discharged to a collection tank 13 through a mesh plate 8 to be discharged out of the system as a product. At this time, the flow rate of the slurry is detected by a slurry flowmeter 5 and, on the basis of the deviation between the detected value and the flow rate set value calculated by a slurry flow rate regulator 16, the opening degree of a slurry flow rate control valve is controlled. Further, the flow rate value due to a slurry outlet flow rate detector 10 is compared with the comparing reference flow rate value according to an inlet flow rate set value by a flow rate comparing controller and, on the basis of the deviation between both values, a dilution water set value is altered by a ratio setting device 17 to control the opening degree of a dilution water flow rate control valve 4.
