    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cogging torque, suppress noise and vibration, and reduce loss torque by specifying the number of poles of a rotor iron core with a coil wound around, and the number of poles of a magnet formed so as to face the rotor iron core respectively, and subjecting the rotor iron core to skew. SOLUTION: A magnet 5 which is formed so as to face opposite a rotor iron core 2 with a coil wound around is fixed in a case 10 with 4 poles of N-pole and S-pole polarized alternately in a circumferential direction. The rotor core 2 with three magnetic poles is disposed at a position facing opposite the magnet 5 with a gap put between them so as to be freely rotatable, and a skew forming part 4 which inclines at a fixed angle θ is applied in the axial direction of the rotor iron core 2. When the number of the poles of the rotor iron core 2 is 3n, and the number of the poles of the magnet is 4n (where (n) is an integer of one or more), by subjecting the rotor iron core 2 to skew, it is possible to reduce cogging torque with attraction and repulsion accompanying between the poles of the rotor iron core 2 and the poles of the magnet 5. Consequently, noise and vibration are restrained, making obtaining smooth motor rotation possible.

    • PURPOSE:To contrive to improve a motor performance by improving workability at the time of winding a wire around a magnetic pole and by controlling the variation of torque to the minimum. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus has a rotor core 1 formed by a pole body 2 composed of a plurality of radially provided magnetic poles 2b and by a pole teeth body 3 comprising pole teeth 4 in the same number as that of the magnetic poles 2b formed into an integral body by non-magnetic material 5, a coil 6 wound around the magnetic poles 2b and a rotating shaft 7 secured in the center of the pole body 2. After the magnetic poles 2b are provided with the coil 6, the magnetic teeth body 3 is secured in the pole body 2. When a wire is wound around the magnetic poles 2b, operations are easily conducted because there is no pole teeth body 3. Further, because the opening between pole teeth required heretofore at the time of winding the wire around the magnetic pole is made useless, it is possible to minimize a circumferential gap between pole teeth 4.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a rotor from vibrating in its axial direction by providing means for differentiating axial magnetic attraction force generated between a magnet and a core at both sides with respect to the center of its axial width. CONSTITUTION:The centers of the axial widths of a magnet 11 and a core 21 are substantially brought into coincidence. The shape of the magnet 11 is formed in a plate state bent in a cylindrical surface state in such a manner that the circumferential width is wider toward a commutator 3. According to this configuration, the magnetic resistance of a passage in which the magnetic flux of the magnet 11 passes through the core 22 becomes smaller toward the commutator 3. Thus, the magnetic flux density of the left side section from the center of the axial width becomes higher, an attraction force toward the commutator 3 is generated at the core 21, and the end face of the rotary shaft 20 of a rotor 2 is pressed to a thrust receiving plate 7. Accordingly, the rotor 2 is not axially vibrated at the time of rotation to prevent a noise from generating.
