A U-shaped spring ring 7 is then inserted in the cut groove 6 formed in the wall part of the socket 2 and openable to the inside and the outside. Consecutively, the part, inserted in the cut groove 6, of the spring ring 7 is protruded in the socket 2 to form a resilient lock part 8. Only is a state that the resilient lock part 8 is locked to a lock groove part 5, a lock tool 30 is joined in a screwed-in state with the screw part 36 of the socket 2. This constitution enables connection to be corried out through one action, makes the lock tool 30 impossible to act its locking a peration to under any incomplete connection state, and accomplishes reliable connection.

Thereafter, the regions are diffused by heat treating, and electrodes are provided on the prescribed region.
