摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a gather sticking method for reducing the using amount of an adhesive material by partially widely performing the linear application of the adhesive material. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle part 2 is provided on the lower part of a hot-melt gun 1, both shaft parts of an anvil 3 and the hot-melt gun 1 are respectively connected to a driving device and a vacuum suction device and plural suction holes 4 are pierced in one line in a shaft direction. A pair of shims 1a are mounted inside the nozzle part 2 and a linear nozzle 2a is formed between the shims 1a while both end parts are respectively turned to wide nozzles 2b. The inner part of the anvil 3 is evacuated, a gather 6 is sucked by the suction hole 4 of the anvil 3, the anvil 3 is rotated and the gather 6 is stopped at the lower part of the nozzle part 2. Then, the adhesive material 5 is jetted on the gather 6 from the linear nozzle 2a and the wide nozzles 2b and the linear adhesive material and the wide adhesive material are applied. Then, the anvil 3 is rotated for 180 deg. and the gather 6 is inverted to the lower part and adhered to the sheet of a paper diaper.

摘要： PURPOSE: To apply an adhesive to the predetermined place of a base material at a high speed while keeping required coating width. CONSTITUTION: The adhesive 1 stored in a chamber 2 is allowed to flow out of a slit nozzle 3 formed to the leading end of the chamber by the pressure of the gas supplied into the chamber. This adhesive is held so that a part thereof protrudes from the nozzle 3 by predetermined quantity by the viscosity and surface tension thereof. A rotary roll 9 is arranged in opposed relation to the slit nozzle 3 and a stepped part 11 is provided to a part of the surface of the roll 9. A base material 7 to be coated with the adhesive is continuously fed on the rotary roll 9 and a solenoid valve is opened for a predetermined time in synchronous relation to the rotation of the roll before the stepped part 11 passes the slit nozzle part 3 to set the adhesive 1 to the state protruding from the tip of the slit nozzle 3 and the stepped part of the roll 9 comes into contact with the protruding adhesive 1 when passes just under the slit nozzle 3 to take away the adhesive 1.

Consequently the eccentric motion and rotating motion of the second drive shaft 20 is combined to become the elevating motion of a drum chock 2, via an interlocking arm 22, to elevate upper and lower drums 3 and 4. Consequently the elevation of the drum chock 2 synchronizes with the rotation period of the upper and lower drums 3 and 4, upper and lower shearing edges 5 and 6 make contact with the band plate only at the time of shearing.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the change of draft of a tank main unit in accordance with compressed air coming in and out by selectively injecting air and water into a low pressure tank, in the case of a tank structure which utilizes nighttime surplus power to store the compressed air further takes it cut in the daytime to perform power generation. CONSTITUTION:In the daytime, compressed air in a storage chamber 6 is introduced to a gas turbine generating unit 1 from an air pipe 4 generating power. As a result, allowing the seawater to flow into the storage chamber 6 from an inlet and outlet hole 3a, buoyancy of a tank main unit 3 decreases. Here the generating unit 1 drives its inside air compressor by one part of power transmitted through a cable 2, accordingly feeding low pressure air to a low pressure tank 9, the tank main unit 3 holds its draft to a fixed level. On the contrary in the nighttime, the compressor is driven by utilizing surplus power storing the compressed air in the storage chamber 6. Here opening a water injecting and discharging valve 11 to naturally inject water into the low pressure tank 9, the tank main unit 3, increasing its dead weight, holds the draft to the fixed level.
