    • PURPOSE:To prevent the arising of flaws, causing quality lowering or breakage, etc., by elevating a drum chock pivotally mounted on one end part of an interlocking arm to which the rotating motion of first and second drive shafts is combinedly transmitted. CONSTITUTION:When a band plate is shorn, a motor 13 is driven to concurrently rotate a drum rotating shaft 11, a second drive shaft rotating shaft 24 and a first drive shaft rotating shaft. A first drive shaft 16 is rotated by the rotation force of the first drive shaft rotating shaft via a shaft 18 and a gear 17 to cause the eccentric motion of a second drive shaft 20. The second drive shaft 20 is rotated by the rotation force of the second drive shaft rotating shaft 24. Consequently the eccentric motion and rotating motion of the second drive shaft 20 is combined to become the elevating motion of a drum chock 2, via an interlocking arm 22, to elevate upper and lower drums 3 and 4. Consequently the elevation of the drum chock 2 synchronizes with the rotation period of the upper and lower drums 3 and 4, upper and lower shearing edges 5 and 6 make contact with the band plate only at the time of shearing.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the change of draft of a tank main unit in accordance with compressed air coming in and out by selectively injecting air and water into a low pressure tank, in the case of a tank structure which utilizes nighttime surplus power to store the compressed air further takes it cut in the daytime to perform power generation. CONSTITUTION:In the daytime, compressed air in a storage chamber 6 is introduced to a gas turbine generating unit 1 from an air pipe 4 generating power. As a result, allowing the seawater to flow into the storage chamber 6 from an inlet and outlet hole 3a, buoyancy of a tank main unit 3 decreases. Here the generating unit 1 drives its inside air compressor by one part of power transmitted through a cable 2, accordingly feeding low pressure air to a low pressure tank 9, the tank main unit 3 holds its draft to a fixed level. On the contrary in the nighttime, the compressor is driven by utilizing surplus power storing the compressed air in the storage chamber 6. Here opening a water injecting and discharging valve 11 to naturally inject water into the low pressure tank 9, the tank main unit 3, increasing its dead weight, holds the draft to the fixed level.
