      SOLUTION: The hot-pressed member has a Zn-Fe alloy layer, a Si-containing layer, and a ZnO layer in this order on the surface of a steel sheet constituting the member. In the method for manufacturing the same, a hot-dip galvannealed steel sheet having an Si-containing compound layer on its surface is heated at the temperature of 800-1,000°C for the time >3 minutes and ≤15 minutes to execute the hot press. Zn in a plating layer and Fe in the steel sheet are subjected to mutual diffusion in an interface between the plating layer and the base steel sheet, and a Zn-Fe alloy layer is formed thereby. Zn in the upper layer portion of the plating layer passes through the Si-containing compound layer and diffused to the surface, and is reacted with O in the atmosphere to form a ZnO layer on the Si-containing compound layer.
