摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for non-contact changing of a strip run direction, which apparatus is capable of stably carrying out a run direction change of a steel strip with non-contact in a steel strip manufacturing line and to provide a method for manufacturing a steel strip. SOLUTION: The apparatus for non-contact changing of a strip run direction changes with non-contact a run direction of a steel strip 4 provided with a tension force. The apparatus is equipped with a plurality of electromagnets 3 which are arranged at the convex side or at the both sides where the steel strip is changed in the direction and which affect the attractive forces on the steel strip, and also equipped with a control means for determining previously each of attractive force of the plurality of the electromagnets 3 as to balance the dynamic action applied on the steel strip corresponding to a strip run condition of the steel strip to be changed in the direction and controlling each of electromagnets 3 as to generate the predetermined attractive force. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for producing a hot-dip coated metal strip with which the hot-dip coated metal strip having higher quality than that produced with the conventional method can be produced. SOLUTION: The method for producing the hot-dip coated metal strip is constituted of a drawing-in process for drawing the metal strip into molten metal bath, a sticking process, in which the molten metal is stuck on the metal strip and also, the metal strip is pulled up to the outside of the molten metal bath without receiving dynamic action except a directional conversion in the molten metal bath, an adjustment process for adjusting the stuck amount of the molten metal with a wiper and a control process for controlling the shape of the metal strip under non-contacting state just before or just after performing the wiper. The control process is performed by controlling the metal strip under non-contacting state with an electromagnet devices disposed at the two positions for interposing the strip centers on the strip surfaces of the metal strip projecting near the center part in the warp of the metal strip developed in the strip width direction so that the neighborhood of the center part in the width direction of the metal strip is more projecting in comparison with the edge parts thereof.
