摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably perform reaction in respective tanks by holding an amt. of sludge in each of tanks to a constant amt., in anaerobic digestion using an anaerobic treatment tank constituted by providing two or more tanks in a multistage fasion, by subjecting the mixed solns. in respective tanks to solid-liquid separation treatment and introducing the separated solns. into a next tank while returning conc. sludge to the original tank. SOLUTION: Partition members are provided at two places in a reaction tank (anaerobic digestion tank) 3 to divide the reaction tank 3 into three stages of anaerobic digestion tanks 3a-3c. Org. waste 2 is first charged in the anaerobic digestion tank 3a and the mixed soln. in the anaerobic digestion tank 3a is supplied to a solid-liquid separation device 8 through a piping 9a corresponding to the charge amt. of waste by a pump to be separated into a separated liquid and conc. sludge by the solid-liquid separation device 8 and the separated liquid is sent to the anaerobic digestion tank 3b through a liquid feed piping 10a and conc. sludge is returned to the anaerobic digestion tank 3a through a return piping 112a. When the concn. of sludge in the anaerobic digestion tank 3a becomes high, excessive sludge is discharged from an excessive sludge discharge pipe 13.

SOLUTION: As a legand having a D-mannose identification bonding performance, a benzonaphthacene quinone compound represented by a formula (where R1 represents a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group or a hydroxyl lower alkyl group; R2 represents a hydroxyl group, an amino group or a mono- or di-lower alkylamino group; R3 represents a hydrogen atom, a no-sulfurized or a sulfurized D xylosyl or D-glycosyl group; and R4 represents a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group or a D-xylosyl group) is used and a D-mannose identification affinity carrier which is immobilized to a physical and chemically stable polymer carrier by a covalent bond is obtained. Thereby, a highly stable embodiment can be selected regarding all of the legands, the carrier and the immobilizing bond.
