    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide one receiver used in common by a wireless control for operating equipment in response to an operation indication signal coming accompanied by person's operation from communicating equipment and a smart control executing automatic control of equipment after bidirectional operation in response to an operation indication signal transmitted with wireless accompanied with a person's operation from the communication equipment. SOLUTION: The wireless controller performing the wireless control for the motor vehicle equipment, a smart controller performing the smart control for the equipment, and a mediation section for distributing the right of use of the receiver to both the controllers are provided in the equipment; when the mediation section detects that one of the both controllers has transmitted the right of use acquisition request of the receiver, the receiver is operated (J1→A1→J2), when the receiver receives a wireless signal, the right of use of receiver is given to the wireless controller for performing receiving processing (J3→A2→J4), when the receiver does not receives the wireless signal and the smart controller has transmitted the right of use acquisition request for the receiver, the right of use of the receiver is given to the smart controller (J5→A3→J6).

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attracting type air conditioner which can perform air condition ing such as cooling or heating the inside of a cabin while restraining fuel consumption, exhaust of exhaust gas and a noise when a vehicle is stopped. SOLUTION: A drying agent tank 9 inside which a drying agent 20 is filled is housed in a heat insulating case 42, and a drying agent tank side ventilating passage 22 in which air flows by actuation of a centrifugal fan 46 is formed between the drying agent tank 9 and the heat insulating case 42, and ventilating passage switching dampers 24 and 25 are provided, and a ventilating passage of the drying agent tank side ventilating passage 22 is switched to an indoor heat radiating operation passage and an outdoor heat radiating operation passage. Water 50 is stored inside, and a water tank 10 connected in a valveless shape to the drying agent tank 9 by a connecting pipe 11 is housed in a heat insulating case 71, and a water tank side ventilating passage 52 in which air flows by actuation of a centrifugal fan 76 is formed between a water tank 10 and the heat insulating case 71, and ventilating passage switching dampers 54 and 55 are provided, and a ventilating passage of the water tank side ventilating passage 52 is switched to an indoor cold heat radiating operation passage and an outdoor cold heat radiating operation passage.
