    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet including a foamable resin layer, excellent in the whiteness, surface smoothness and chemical embossing properties in its foame layer along with capacities such as foamability, curling resistance, scratch resistance or the like, having good design effect, not generating harmful gas such as chlorine gas or the like if burnt and excellent in safety and environmental properties. SOLUTION: For example, the decorative sheet is a laminate obtained by laminating at least the foamable resin layer 2 and a pattern ink layer (containing a foaming inhibitor) 4 on a substrate (backing layer) to constitute a non-foamed decorative sheet. A resin composition, which is based on an olefinic copolymer resin and contains at least ADCA with a median particle size of below 20 μm added as a foaming agent, is used in the foamable resin layer 2 and foamed under heating to obtain the foamed decorative sheet 10. If necessary, other foaming agent, a foamed cell adjusting agent, a fire retardant, a lubricant, a colorant, a fluorescent brightener or the like can be appropriately added to the foamable resin layer 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet good in depression resistance and cigarette resistance, prevented from breaking at the time of bonding and increased in production efficiency. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet is constituted by laminating a base material layer 1 comprising an inorganic fiber impregnated with an ionizing radiation curable resin in a cured state, a sealing layer 2 comprising the cured ionizing radiation cured matter, a pattern ink layer 3 and a surface protective layer 4 formed from the cured ionizing ratiation curable resin to which inorganic particles 5 having hardness higher than that of the cured matter of the resin are added, in this order. Depression resistance is enhanced by constituting the impregnated resin of the base material layer of the ionizing radiation curable resin and forming the base material from inorganic fibers other than cellulose fibers. The inorganic fibers having elongation properties as compared with paper and not deteriorated in strength by ionizing radiation are used as a base material to prevent the breakage at the time of bonding of the decorative sheet.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a decorative sheet which has a voluminous feel without the use of a foaming agent and has an improved design quality and further is friendly to environments by laminating an uneven sheet of a thermoplastic resin which has numerous projecting parts on the opposite side face to one of the faces of a base sheet, on the one face of the base sheet and forming a pictorial pattern layer on the uneven sheet. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet 11 has an uneven resin layer 3 composed mainly of an inorganic filler, pigment and an olefin thermoplastic resin formed on a paper base 2, and further a pictorial pattern layer 4 formed on the uneven resin layer 3 and further a transparent resin layer 5 made of a transparent olefin thermoplastic resin formed on the layer 4. The method for manufacturing the decorative sheet is, for example, to apply one of the faces of a film made of a transparent olefin thermoplastic resin with the pictorial pattern layer 4 printed on the other face, along a molding roll with a formed recessed pattern. In addition, a composition composed mainly of the inorganic filler, pigment and olefin thermoplastic resin is thermally melted and extruded onto the face where the pictorial pattern layer 4 is formed, using a T-die extruding machine and at the same time, is applied to the paper base 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embossed decorative material wherein there is a feel of material having a gloss variation in a conduit as well, and the design property is high. SOLUTION: This decorative material has a plurality of recesses on the surface, following an embossed picture pattern. In this case, on the bottom surfaces of the recesses D1, D2, at least two kinds of fine uneven shapes having gloss differences, are formed, and a gloss variation is partially imparted. In this case, the embossed decorative material is obtained, e.g. in such a manner that an original plate film having an embossed picture (it is called an uneven pattern as well) pattern is baked to the surface of a metal cylinder such as copper, on the surface of which a photo-sensitive resist is applied, and the original plate film is developed, and a resist is formed, and after applying an embossing treatment (the shaping of the uneven pattern) on a base material sheet by using an embossing plate which is manufactured by a so-called photo- etching method wherein a corrosion, resist separation is performed, and on the rear surface of the base material sheet, a backing material is affixed when necessary.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a burr or a bridge generated in the case of obtaining a transfer product such as a decorative material or the like having a three- dimensional protrusion and recess surface. SOLUTION: The method for transferring comprises a pressure contact step of bringing a transfer sheet into pressure contact with a base material to be transferred in the case of transferring a transfer layer to a base material B to be transferred by using a transfer sheet S having a support 1 and the transfer layer 2, and then a transfer layer heating step of heating the transfer layer becoming a burr or a bridge on the base material toward a surface to be transferred of the base material upward to transfer to suspend it, bringing it into close contact with the base material to eliminate it after a releasing step of releasing the support. In the case of using a transfer sheet having many pores passing through the transfer layer and perforated, the air between the transfer layer of the bridge part and the base material is easily released. The transfer pressure may be a rubber roller pressure or the like. In the case of large protrusion and recess surface, collision pressure obtained by colliding many solid particles to the support side of the transfer sheet may be preferably used.
