摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a titled member which is superior in durability and provides excellent image quality of high density, resolution, etc. by constituting a photoconductive layer consisting of an electric charge generating layer constituted of amorphous silicon, and an electric charge transport layer contained with a specific pyrazoline compound. CONSTITUTION:A photoconductive layer 105 consisting of an electric charge generating layer 103 which generates movable carriers when irradiated with electromagnetic waves, and is constituted of an amorphous material consising basically of silicon atoms and contg. hydrogen atom or (and) halogen atom, and an electric charge transport layer 104 contg. the pyazoline compound expressed by the formula (R11, R12, R21, R22 are atom groups necessary for completing 5-membered or 6- membered rings with alkyl groups or nitrogen atom; X is pyridyl, quinolyl that may have substituents) is provided on a substrate 102, whereby an intended image forming member 101 for electrophotography adapted for devices for forming image by utilizing electromagnetic waves is obtained.
