    • PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative sheet excellent in solvent resistance and antistaining properties and showing sufficient adhesive strength even in post- processing using a generally used adhesive by successively laminating a pattern printing layer, a transparent vinyl chloride resin film and a surface protective layer composed of a transparent biaxially stretched polyester film having a thermal adhesive layer on a colored vinyl chloride resin film in this order. CONSTITUTION:A colored vinyl chloride resin film 1 is a vinyl chloride resin film colored with opaque pigment and a pattern printing layer 5 is formed thereon by applying printing expressing, for example, the grain, stone grain, a surface pattern of natural leather, fabric grain or abstract patterns. Next, a transmparent vinyl chloride resin film 2 is laminated to the layer 5 and the adhesive layer 31 of a transparent biaxially stretched polyester film 32 being a surface protective layer 3 is superposed on the film 2. The whole is passed through the nip between hot rolls set to a mutual pressure contact state to be thermally fused and the transparent biaxially stretched polyester film 3 is welded to the surface of a vinyl chloride decorative layer to obtain one decorative sheet 10.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the defects from occurrence by applying a curable resin bonding agent on a transfer sheet of synchronizing speed same as that of a pillar-shaped base step by step before it is cured and realizing a releasable base sheet after bonding force between a bonding agent layer and the pillar-shaped base and the transfer layer and the pillar-shaped base gets larger than the bonding force between the releasable base and the transfer layer. CONSTITUTION:A transfer roll 21 is fed out between an impression 33 and a coating roll 34 with its releasable base sheet 22 face as the upper face and a transfer layer 23 as the lower face through feed and guide rolls 31 and 32 rotating the peripheral speed same as the feeding speed of a pillar-shaped base 11, and coated to form a curable resin bonding layer 42. While passing over a drier 50, a diluting material is dried before the same is completely cured, and the width direction central section and then side section of the pillar-shaped base 11 are bonded with the transfer sheet 21. Then the material is cured by a proper curing means. The release of the releasable base sheet 22 is carried out after the bonding force between the release layer and the curable bonding agent layer and between the curable resin bonding agent layer and the pillar-shaped base gets larger then the bonding force between the releasable base sheet and the transfer layer.

Coloration is sufficiently performed and the effect of the addition of an inorg. filler is sufficiently developed and the surface flaw such as stripe irregularity or fisheye at a time of film formation of the substrate sheet is not generated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a coefficient of friction with the resin layer of a sheet material and prevent the sweep irregularities of a colored ink from occurring by adding a thixotropic properties-imparting agent to the colored ink. SOLUTION: A thixotropic properties-imparting agent is added to a colored ink 2, and the decorative sheet comprises a layer consisting of a base sheet 1 and a layer 3 made of an olefin resin. The recessed part of the olefin resin layer 3 is filled with the colored ink 2. The olefin resin layer 3 is composed of an olefin thermoplastic elastomer of a blend of an isotactic polypropylene (hard segment) and an atactic polypropylene (soft segment) or composed of this elastomer, to which a chemical compound having a polar functional group is graft-polymerized. Or the olefin resin layer 3 is composed of the thermoplastic elastomer of an ethylene/propylene/butene copolymer. In addition to this resin layer 3, a pictorial pattern-printed layer 4 is formed. The base sheet 1 is made of an olefin resin, an acrylic resin, a polyester resin, a fluororesin or the like.
