摘要： PURPOSE: To economically obtain a polyarylene sulfide having high heat resistance and mechanical strengths and excellent in adhesion to an epoxy resin, etc. CONSTITUTION: In this process for the production of a polyarylene sulfide by reaction fo an alkali metal sulfide with a dihaloaromatic compound in an organic amide-based solvent, 0.1 to 3.0mol%, based on the alkali metal sulfide, of a functional group-containing halosubstituted aromatic compound is, in advance, admixed with the alkali metal sulfide under heating and, subsequently, the dihaloaromatic compound is added to the mixture for reaction to obtain a slurry of the polyarylene sulfide, which is then filtered, and the resultant solvent-containing filtered cake is heated in a non-oxidative gas atmosphere at 150 to 250 deg.C, so as to eliminate the solvent, and subsequently, the cake is washed with water.

Polypropylene of the seal layer is composed of a propylene/ethylene rand(>m copolymer wherein ethylene content is pref. 7-20g/100min. As low density polyethylene, one with density of 0.91-0.93g/cm and a melt index of 0.5-50g/10min is used.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a thickness measuring method in which a thickness can be measured precisely and quickly by installing guide rollers at the entrance and the exit of a micrometer gage and forming the contact face of a gage head with a sheet to be a sphere. CONSTITUTION: A micrometer is provided with a gage head and with an air cylinder which moves the gage head to a released state from a measuring state, and a ruby sphere which is about 3mm in diameter is attached to the tip of the head. The contact face of the head comes into pressure contact with the surface of an object, to be measured, by means of a spring at a speed of about 300mm/sec and under a load of about 15 to 20g. Guide rollers on the entrance side and the exit side are installed before and after a measuring point, and the undulation of the object, to be measured, which is running is corrected. The sheet which has been passed through a measuring apparatus advances to a next process via a reversing roll. At this time, two micrometers are used for one measuring point, their heads are installed so as to be faced with each other on the same line, the thickness of the sheet is measured respectively around a passage line, both pieces of measured data are added, and the thickness of the sheet is found.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a method for prevention of blocking of a stretchable film consisting of a thermoplastic polyurethane resin composition. CONSTITUTION:A detachable film made of a resin composition consisting of 40-60wt.% of thermoplastic polyurethane, 10-30wt.% of ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer, 10-30wt.% of low density polyethylene resin, 10-30wt.% of styrene elastomer modified with unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative, and 2-10wt.% of unmodified styrene elastomer is prevented from being blocked by this method. This method is composed of the following processes; (A) a raw fabric of the stretchable film is taken off so that hardness from a surface of a take-off material [according to spring hardness test (type C) specified in JIS K 6301] is 60 degree or under; (B) the taken-off material of the raw fabric is aged at 60 deg.C or lower for 3hr or longer; (C) the raw fabric is drawn out and slit by a specific width; and (D) the slit raw fabric is taken off so that the hardness from the surface of the coiled material is 75 degree or under.
