In addition, when the tensile force to be added to these two electromagnets 6 is increased as far as more than the setting value, current-energization to these two electromagnets 6 is stopped, whereby such a possibility that more than two pieces of the work 5 might be attracted to these two electromagnets 6 is prevented from occurring. In this constitution, this lifting gear is able to quickly correspond to the work 5 different in weight by way of altering the setting value of the tensile force by a tensile value setting switch 29.

    • PURPOSE:To automatically execute leveling in a short time by providing a light emitting means formed in a pendulum and a sensing device provided with a horizontal coordinate provided with a light receiving means on every block on a pedestal part side. CONSTITUTION:In a pedestal part 5 of a survey instrument supported through three pieces of height adjusting screws 3a - 3c on a supporting board 1 of the upper end of a tripod, a light emitting means formed in a pendulum 16 and a sensing device 11 in which a horizontal coordinate 17 provided with a light receiving means on every block is provided right under the light emitting means are provided on the pedestal part side, at least two pieces among three pieces height adjusting screws 3a - 3c can be turned by a motor, and driving of the motor is controlled by an output of the sensing device 11. At the time of using by extending the tripod and adjusting the length of the tripod, the supporting board 1 is set to desired height. In the sensing device 11, a laser light emitted from a semiconductor 18 is condensed by a collimating lens 19 and reaches the horizontal coordinate 17, and detected by a photodiode 22. In such a way, leveling can be executed automatically in a short time.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the assembly of the titled cooler for cooling oils and enhance the cooling effect and function of the cooler by a method wherein oil-passing holes and cut-and-erected pieces are provided on a fin plate 26 of a cooling pipe of the cooler, and the oil being passed is deflected by the pieces to flow along the fin surface. CONSTITUTION:The fin plate 26 provided for the cooling pipe 25 is provided with slot-shaped oil-passing holes 28 and with the cut-and-erected pieces 29 which project on one side of the plate 26. Further, an opening 30 directed along the surface of the plate 26 is provided between each of the pieces 29 and the plate 26. Accordingly, the oil introduced into the cooler passes the holes 28, impinges upon the pieces 29, whereby deflected to flow along the surface of the plate 26, and flows through the openings 30 toward the oil-passing holes 28 of the next plate 26. Accordingly, the contact between the oil and the cooling-pipe wall surfaces is improved, so that the cooling effect and function of the cooler can be enhanced.

    • PURPOSE:To endurably located a port, by a method wherein a film of a polyethylene bag and a film-strip for a port, made of a similar material to that of the bag, are welded together by heating at an approximately central section thereof, and both sides of the film strip, which are risen upward after a hole is made at a center of the adhered portion, are welded together by heating at both edges thereof facing and positioned opposite to each other. CONSTITUTION:A film strip 2 for a port made of the same material as that of a bag film 1 is superposed on the bag film 1 made of a polyethylene material, the films 1 and 2 being welded together by heating at an approximately central portion of the film strip 2 for the port to form a welded portion. A hole 4 is made in the center of the welded portion 3 such that the fringe of the welded portion is left as it is. Both sides 2a and 2a', in the direction of a long side, of the film strip 2 for the port are risen upward for being superposed together, and simultaneously, both side edges thereof, facing and being positioned opposite to each other, are welded together by heating to form the port of the polyethylene bag.
