    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight of a door and to easily put in and out a stored matter while holding a handrail by dividing the space of a closet or the like into upper and lower parts by a partition plate, fitting a handrail to the front end part of the partition plate, and fitting doors to upper and lower opening parts through a frame material. SOLUTION: In a closet, a rack plate 4, a partition plate 5, a drawer 6 and a hanger pipe 7 are installed in arbitrary positions to form a rack plate storing unit. The partition plate 1 is installed horizontally in the substantially central part extending between both wall inner surfaces in such a manner as to divide the space into upper and lower parts. A handrail 2 is fitted to the front end part of the partition plate 1 along the partition plate 1. Folding doors 3 are installed in the opening parts of the upper and lower divided spaces through the frame material 8 in such a manner as to be opened and closed through rails.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustable hanger pipe by which looseness is not caused when it is used by providing a pipe main body where screw parts are respectively formed on both sides and support pipes composed of short pipes to be screw- fitted to the respective screw parts. SOLUTION: A pipe main body 11 where male screws 14 and 15 are formed on both sides is provided, and a necessary adjustable hanger pipe 10 is constituted by screw-fitting support pipes 12 and 13, whose diameter is slightly larger than the pipe main body 11 and inside which female screws 16 and 17 to be screw-fitted to the male screws 14 and 15 are formed, to both sides of the pipe main body 11. When this adjustable hanger pipe 10 is installed, installing holes 20 and 21 in which the support pipes 12 and 13 are fitted are arranged in a side plate 18 and a partition plate 19, on the one hand, the support pipes 12 and 13 are screw-fitted to both sides of the pipe main body 11, and the hanger pipe 10 whose total length is shortened is prepared. After an end part of the support pipe 12 is inserted into the installing hole 20 on one side, the total length is lengthened by rotating the support pipes 12 and 13, and it is installed by inserting an end part of the support pipe 13 into the installing hole 21 on the other side.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the crush of a foaming sheet at the time of manufacture and during the use by attaching a foaming sheet, in which elastic small grains are arranged in an attachment surface side in relation to a wood board, to the back surface of the wood board. SOLUTION: A foaming sheet 2, in which elastic small grains 3 made of the synthetic rubber is arranged in an attachment surface side in relation to a board 1, is attached to a back surface of the wood board 1 made of plywood. Even in the case where pressing is performed in the manufacturing process, crush of the sheet 2 at the thickness of the small grains 3 or more is prevented at the time of pressing, and the deviation of thickness of the sheet 2 is restricted at the minimum. Even in the case where a heavy material is placed on the floor surface, the small grains 3 restrict sinking of the sheet 2 so as to prevent the breakdown of the board 1. Since crush of the sheet 2 and sinking of the floor surface is restricted, a high foaming ratio sheet can be used so as to improve the sound insulating performance. Furthermore, plural cut grooves 4 provided in the back surface of the board 1 give the flexibility, and plural boards 1 are laminated through a vibration damping sheet so as to improve the sound proofing performance. Workability and sound proofing performance are thereby improved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously keep the large volume of bowling pins in a little space and to safely carry them by one person by attaching casters to a frame bottom part made of steel and constituting a bowling pin carrying tool. SOLUTION: The two piece of L-shaped steel 13 having length of about 1m40cm and the two pieces of the L-shaped steel having length of about 40cm are combined in a rectangle shape, joints are welded and a bottom part is formed. The four pieces of the L-shaped steel 13 having length of about 1m20cm are erected on the four corners of the bottom part and the joints are welded. The one piece of flat type steel 14 having length of about 1m40cm and the two pieces of the flat type steel 14 having length of about 40cm are joined to the top part by welding and a frame is formed. The one piece of the flat type steel having length of about 1m40cm and the two pieces of the flat type steel having length of 40cm are joined to the middle part of the four pieces of the erected L-shaped steel 13 by welding and the frame is reinforced. The four pieces of the casters 15 are attached to the bottom part by welding. Thus, only the three sides of the top part and the middle part are turned to the frame and this carrying tool 12 whose one side is completely opened is formed. The bowling pins are piled up and housed by alternating a direction.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make slipping-off of a sliding door from the guide grooves of a head jamb and a sill hard to occur by arranging expansible projecting fittings at two places or more at specified places at the upper end section of the sliding door slid and moved in the guide grooves. SOLUTION: Projecting fittings 12 are fitted at several places at the upper end section of a sliding door 11. The projecting fitting made of a metal has an upper disk section 13, a rod section 15 with a flange 14 continuously connected at the lower end of the disk section 13, a spring 16 pushing the disk section 13 by utilizing the flange 14, and a housing 17, in which these members are housed, and the disk section 13 is pushed up upwards by the spring 16 at all times. When the sliding door 11, to which the projecting fittings 12 are set up, is fitted to a head jamb 19, to which a specified guide groove 18 is formed, the disk sections 13 of the projecting fittings 12 mounted at the upper end section of the sliding door 11 are projected upwards, and the sliding door 11 is slid and moved under the state, in which the upper bottom of the guide groove 18 is pushed. Even when the head jamb 19 is distorted by an earthquake, etc., and the upper section of the sliding door 11 is slipped off from the guide groove 18, the projecting fittings 12 are difficult to be slipped off from the guide groove 18, thus preventing the slipping-off of the sliding door.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a gap from being generated by forming a pair of upper and lower slender plate-like objects covering the boundary between a wall face and a floor surface, coupling the recess of one slender plate-like object with the projection of the other slender plate-like object, and fixing them to the wall face. SOLUTION: Slender plate-like objects 11, 12 made of a pair of upper and lower plywood medium-specific gravity fiber boards are molded, a groove-like recess 13 is formed at the lower section of the upper slender plate-like object 11, and a projection 14 is formed at the upper section of the lower slender plate-like object 12. The lower slender plate-like object 12 is put on a floor surface 19, the upper slender plate-like object 11 is covered from above, the lower slender plate-like object 12 is pressed to the floor surface 19 via an elastic member 18 made of a foam resin, and the upper slender plate-like object 11 is fitted to the wall face 17 by nails 16. Even when a warp occurs on a floor board, the lower slender plate-like object 12 invariably presses it, and a gap can be prevented from being generated.
