摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a floating diaphragm in resisting gravity by which the sound sensitivity of a speaker is improved by providing a fence having a length equal to at least the maximum vibrating distance of the diaphragm near an outer ridge of the diaphragm in the vibrating direction of the diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:The diaphragm 2 and a barrier 3 are provided at the center of a bobbin 1, voice coils 4, 4' are wound at both ends of the bobbin and the vibrating system is formed with the vibrating element 5 while incorporating them. Further, voice coils 4, 4' are put in between magnetic poles of center poles 7, 7' of a magnetic circuit having magnets 6, 6' and yokes 8, 8' and a magnetic fluid 9 is impregnated between the voice coil and the magnetic poles. Then the distortion of a sound output characteristic of the speaker is prevented by providing the fence 28 having a size of the maximum vibrating distance L of the diaphragm in the vibrating direction 27 of the diaphragm at the ridge of the opening 16 of the box 14 near the outer ridge of the diaphragm 2 around the diaphragm.

CONSTITUTION:A liquid composite having a viscosity more than 0.5 milion cps at a room temperature is heated so as to lower the viscosity below 0.1 milion cps. After it is applied to a bonding part, it is pressed. After it is held by stickiness, it is hardened with the radiation of incident electron beams. For instance, if the liquid composite is heated and applied to a metallic frame, the composite is quickly cooled due to the difference of heat capacity and returns at about a room temperature. Thus, when a joint of a damper on the frame of a speaker and a cone edge is coated with an adhesive having such a liquid composite, the speaker can be assembled in a short time.
