CONSTITUTION:A hot water valve body 21 is installed on the upstream side of a hot water side valve seat 19, and a cold water side valve body 24 is installed on the upstream side of a cold water side valve seat 22, and each shape of the hot water side valve body 21 and the cold water side valve body 24 is formed into conical form whose sectional area gradually reduces toward the flow direction, and the hot water side valve body 21 and the cold water side valve body 24 are installed oppositely, setting a mixing chamber 28 interposed. Therefore, the flow rate is adjusted by the hot water side valve body 21 and the cold water side valve body 24, and the stream is contracted, and since the hot water stream and the cold water stream collide, the mixing accelerating effect can be improved without specially installing a turbulent flow-plate, etc.

And which the mixed hot water temperature set value preset by this mixed hot water temperature setting unit 36 is compared with the signal of the mixed hot water temperature sensor 20 and the mixing valve 19 is controlled by means of the driving unit 30 in response to the deviation, a controller 35 which stops the control operation of the driving unit 30 when the flow rate of mixed water detected by the flow rate sensor 21 is below the preset prescribed value, and performs the control operation when this is above the prescribed value is provided.

CONSTITUTION:When pneumatic air is fed into a cylinder 32 through a passage hole 33, a valve element 2 advances in the out-going travel of reciprocating motion in association with the motion of a piston 3, and an internal valve element 22 is made into close contact with an internal valve seat 14 to reach a slide point so that a communication port 23 is opened to a space T to communicate between spaces T-C. Further, on the contrary, when pneumatic air is introduced into from a communication hole 34 and is discharged from the communication hole 33, the valve element 2 moves in the return travel so that an external valve element 21 is made into close contact with an external valve seat 13 to reach a return slide point so that a communication port 23 is opened to a chamber 11, thereby the space T is closed in a pipe line passage system, and spaces C-E are communicated together.
