    • PURPOSE:To prevent the transmission of vibration by connecting the fluid chamber of a mounting unit to a pulsating pressure generating mechanism provided with a chamber contracting by the rotation of an electrically driven motor, thereby to generate a pulse pressure synchronizing with the vibration of the power unit. CONSTITUTION:Fluid chambers 9 and 10 are formed within rubber mounts 6 and 7. One fluid chamber 10 is connected to a chamber 20 of a pulsating pressure generator 16. The capacity of the chamber 25 expands or contracts by the upward and downward movement of a piston 23 by the rotation of the electrically driven motor 26. The electrically driven motor 26 is controlled by a control signal from a control circuit 29, based on a detection signal generated by detecting the rotation of a rotor 23 connected to the crank shaft of the power unit, by a sensor 32. When the fluid chamber 10 is expanded by the relative movement of a frame 5 and a rigid plate 8, the chamber 20 is contracted. When the fluid chamber 10 is contracted, the chamber 20 is controlled to be expanded.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the noise confined in a car room by providing a weight in the middle of a mount main body made of an elastic body that forms an air chamber whose cross section is increased toward the lower part from the upper part of the mount main body. CONSTITUTION:A mount main body 20 is made of rubber. The upper part is connected to the engine side by means of a mounting plate 22 and the lower part is connected to the car body side by means of a mounting plate 25, respectively. As a result, since a spring constant can be increased in a low frequency region and can be decreased in a high frequency region by the resonnance effect of the air spring caused by the air chamber and the effect of the weight, the noise confined in a car room can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To absorbe a vibration having a high frequency and a comparatively small amplitude by the contraction and expansion of a compressive fluid by a method wherein a reservoir for the compressive fluid is provided in a part of a chamber for a non-compressive fluid, in a mounting device of the power unit or the like for an automobile. CONSTITUTION:The vibration in a low frequency zone and having a comparatively large amplitude is restrained by a damping force generated when non-compressive fluid 25 is passing through an orifice port 29. On the other hand, when the vibration in a high frequency zone and having the comparatively small amplitude is generated, the flow speed of the non-compressive fluid 25 passing through the orifice port 29 becomes high and the flow path resistance thereof becomes very large, therefore, the non-compressive fluid 25 becomes not to move between chambers 27, 28. At that time, the compressive fluid, existing in the reservoir 42 in the chamber 28 pinched between both brackets 30, 32 is contracted or expanded by the relative displacements of the brackets 30, 32 to absorbe the vibration. Accordingly, the small vibration in the high frequency zone is precluded to be transmitted from the power unit to the chassis of an automobile and the generation of a stuffy sound may be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To improve vibro-isolating characteristics by inserting an elestic body installed on a fixed cradle at the car body side into an almost cuplike cradle fixed at the power unit side so as to make it slidable at will, while sealing compressive fluid capable of pressure adjustment between the elestic body and the cuplike cradle. CONSTITUTION:An almost cuplike cradle 12 is secured to a stay 11 linked with the power unit and a nozzle 17 is inserted into and secured to a hole 16 made on a bottom wall 13. At the cradle 12, plural guides 29 are provided for the surrounded wall, while an elestic body 27 having an almost conical recess 31 at its topside is housed inside so as to make it freely slidable. To the said nozzle 17, a compressed air feed 19 inclusive of an air tank, a main tank and an auxiliary tank 24 is connected via a tube 18 and thereby compressed air is made possible to be fed to an air tank 33 lying between the elastic body 27 and bottom wall 13. Thanks to a multiplier effect made up of a spring constant of high pressure air in the air tank 33 and another spring constant of the elastic body 27, the fixed vibro-insolating characteristics is obtainable.

    • PURPOSE:To have a compatibility of the vibration restricting performance and anti-vibrative performance by providing an elastic stopper which is to block the specified ones of those orifices furnished in a partition wall to divide the lower chamber when the insulator rubber makes deformation in the vibration restricting range. CONSTITUTION:The upper 1 and lower 2 flanges are connected by a cylindrical insulator rubber 3, the space in which is divided into the upper 6 and lower 7 chambers by a partition wall 4 provided with two or more orifices 5a, 5b, and the chambers 6, 7 are filled with fluid 8 fully but a certain void 6a at a part of the upper chamber 6. The orifice 5a at the center of partition wall 4 is given a larger diameter, and an elastic stopper 20 is installed solidly with the insulator rubber 3, projecting from the bottom of the lower chamber 7 in such an arrangement that the stopper 20 blocks said major orifice 5a when the insulator rubber 3 has made deformation to a certain specific extent. This construction ensures that the tip of the stopper 20 blocks the orifice 5a and the vibration restricting performance is stabilized. Provision of void 6a also will lessen the spring constant to give an excellent anti-vibration performance.
