摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently remove soil, sand and dead stem from cane by arranging de.trashier and roll type leaf scraper in series. CONSTITUTION:Cane fed to cane feeder 1 is subjected to flow rate control by modification of thickness of layer and rate modification of cane feeder 1 using a leveler 2. In the cane cut and fed onto a flight conveyor 3, conveying height of the cane is detected by a sensor 4 and when the conveying height is high, cane feeder 1 is stopped and when the conveying height is low, flow rate control having high precision is carried out by decreasing the rate. The cane cut and conveyed by the flight conveyor 3 is fed into a de.trashier 5, where soil, sand and mud injurious to succeeding equipment are dropped and then fed to a roll type leaf scraper drum 6, where leaf scraping is carried out. The leaf-scraped cut cane is dropped onto a belt conveyor 7, where dead stem and head part of tree are removed by man power and sent to a succeeding sugar producing plant line.
