A slider 17 is provided on the two sets of guide rods 15 in a freely slidable manner, and the first and the second wire feeding devices 18 and 20 and wire attracting devices 19 and 21 are provided on said slider 17. The first and the second wire feeding devices 18 and 20 have a pair of arms, and one end of this arm is connected to a switching mechanism 30. Also, a pipe interconnected to a vacuum pump is attached to the first and the second wire attracting devices 19 and 21, a taper-formed sleeve is fitted at the tip of said pipe, and a square-shaped slider is fitted to the pipe in a freely slidable manner.

    • PURPOSE:To feed measured length correctly in a wire cutter and the like by obtaining the difference of linear material feeding amount between an auxiliary feeding roller and a measured length feeding roller by an encoder in a main control unit for making storage amplification to output a command speed. CONSTITUTION:Outputs from encoders 6 and 8 provided in an auxiliary feeding roller and a measured length feeding roller are inputted in a main control unit 10a to correct the difference of linear material feeding amount one by one and an auxiliary control unit 10b to correct rapidly. The main control unit 10a gives D/A conversion to both signals to obtain the difference of linear material feeding amount, which is inputted into a comparator 20 via a proportional amplifier 15, an integral amplifier 16, an inversion amplifier 18 and so on. Consequently, an output voltage V2 from an adder 24 is gradually reduced, and maintained constant as it is balanced with the output from an inversion amplifier 19. This construction permits to maintain the sag part of the linear material at a proper amount constantly, and make correct feeding of measured length by quiet operation even if there are some slips on the side of the auxiliary feeding roller.
