    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vibration detector in which the number of components is reduced and whose mounting operation can be simplified by a method wherein a rectangular two-direction sensor is attached to a mounting frame or to a bowl. SOLUTION: A first spring 5 supports a bowl 10 attached to a mounting frame so as to be capable of vibrating the bowl 10 to the horizontal direction, and a second spring 5 supports the bowl 10 so as to be capable of vibrating the bowl 10 to the vertical direction. A first electromagnet excites the bowl 10 to the horizontal direction, and a second electromagnet excites the bowl 10 to the vertical direction. A vibration detector for an elliptical vibration parts feeder detects a vibration in the horizontal direction and that in the vertical direction. Then, a rectangular two-direction accelerometer P is attached to the mounting frame or to the bowl 10. When the vibration is sinusoidal, it is differentiated twice so as to obtain an acceleration. Since the horizontal direction and the vertical direction are at an identical frequency, the amplitude of both directions can be detected equally although a phase difference exists. By this constitution, the number of components of the vibration detector can be reduced, and its mounting operation can be simplified.

SOLUTION: In this constitution, in a vibration drive source of a trough and bowl, a group of permanent magnet 8 provided through a movable side yoke 3 in a lower surface of a plate-shaped trough 20 and a flat coil 2 provided through a fixed side yoke 1 of a base stand 10 are arranged to be opposed, in the case of straight advancing driving of a movable part formed by a movable magnet 8, an actuator unit, not into contact with a magnetic circuit part of fixed side yoke or the like mounting the opposed flat coil 2 to be able to markedly reduce a noise, is used, a vibration period of the trough 20 and control of acceleration are electrically controlled by control adjusting applied power to the coil 2, positive/negative acceleration can be arbitrarily set, so that a change and adjustment of a conveying speed and switching of forward/backward can be easily executed, by suitably selecting thickness of the yoke, magnet 8 and the coil 2, a mechanism height of a device can be decreased.

    • In a vibratory parts feeder, an output power of an inverter (19) supplying AC voltage to each vibration generator (4) (electric power supplied to the vibration generator (4)) or input power to the inverter (19) is controlled so as to reach the maximum during the feeding operation so that the operational frequency is automatically adjusted to the resonant frequency. That is, upon increase or decrease of the operational frequency at predetermined intervals, the value of power supplied to each vibration generator (4) or the inverter input power is obtained. The obtained value is compared with the last obtained value whose data is stored in a storage (20). When the present value is larger than the last value, the operational frequency is repetitively increased or decreased in the same direction that the present power varies relative to the last power while it is repetitively increased or decreased in the direction opposite to the direction that the present power varies relative to the last power when the present value is smaller than the last value. The frequency increase or decrease is repetitively performed until a resonant frequency is obtained, and the feeding operation is performed at the obtained resonant frequency.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a noise and an offensive sound, and obtain elliptic vibration having the prescribed major axis and the minor axis by arranging first and second gain setting units between first and second controllers and respective first and second electric power amplifiers, and varying gain of the respective gain setting units. SOLUTION: Outputs of a horizontal vibrational displacement detector 33 and a vertical vibrational displacement detector 38 are supplied to amplitude controllers 50 and 51. Since gain of first and second variable gain controllers 44 and 47 is controlled according to its amplitude deviation, outputs of first and second electric power amplifiers 40 and 35 output outputs according to amplitude target values in the respective directions. Therefore, since it vibrates in the amplitute size of the respective target values even in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, constant directional elliptic vibration having the constant major axis and the minor axis is obtained. Therefore, a phase difference in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction is an optimal value in 60 degrees, but a part can be carried at maximum speed on a track in a bowl by this elliptic vibration.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change an angle of projection of force applied on powder and granular material which corresponds to type of powder and granular material which is conveyed or supplied easily by connecting and fixing a pair of vibration motors through a mounting base and a shaft, installing them in such a manner that they can rotate centered on the shaft, and providing a mounting angle adjusting scale and a reference line. SOLUTION: When an angle of projection is changed in accordance with type of powder and granular material which is conveyed or supplied, a bolt 7 which fixes mounting bases 2, 2 is loosened. The mounting bases 2, 2 are rotated centered on a shaft, an angle of direction of vibration motors 1, 1 is adjusted by using an angle adjusting scale 8 of a main body 3 and a reference line 6 on the mounting base 2, 2 side, and the bolt 7 is tightened again to fix the mounting bases 2, 2 on the main body. Since two mounting bases 2, 2 are connected and fixed by the shaft, an angle on one side can be adjusted to the same angle merely by adjusting an angle on the other side.
