摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a concrete product having smooth surface and high luster by a method wherein kneaded matter of water, cement and fine aggregate is poured in a mold having a glass plate at its bottom face, vibrantly deaerated, in-mold cured, demolded and out-mold cured and finally the glass plate is removed. CONSTITUTION:In cement composition to be poured in a form, the mixing ratio of water to cement is 30-60wt.%. The favorable amount of mixing of fine aggregate is 100-300 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of cement. Said cement composition is sufficiently kneaded before pouring in the form and subjected to vacuum deaeration. In the form 10 of a mold 1, a tempered glass 13 is laid through a rubber plate 12 as cushioning material on a form rest 11 so as to be installed under the condition that the periphery of the glass is sealed watertight through sealing materials 14. After said composition is poured in the mold 1, the mold 1 is placed on a table vibrator so as to be vibrantly deaerated. Next, the composition is in-mold cured at normal temperature for 24 hours and then the form is removed. After that, the composition is out-mold cured for 2-3 days and finally the glass plate 13 is removed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To form simply a small aggregate-washing out face and a smooth surface by a method wherein a frame on the bottom of which an uneven part is formed is used; the upper face of the projected part is treated with a curing retardation; raw concrete mixed with a small aggregate is filled; the small aggregate is exposed by washing out uncured mortar ingredient with water; the surface of the projected part is ground to be smooth. CONSTITUTION:A sheet material 15 for delaying curing of a concrete is stretched over the upper face of projected parts of the bottom part 11 of a frame and the sheet material 15 is guided to a projected peripheral wall 14 not so as to be displaced positionally. A raw concrete 2 contg. small aggregates 22 is filled on the bottom side in the frame by a thickness of about 1/2 and an ordinary raw concrete 2A is filled thereon by a specified thickness. After the concrete in the frame 1 is cured, a concrete molded item 3 is taken out and the surface side of the molded item 3 is washed with water to wash out a mortar ingredient 21 on the surface of recessed parts 32 of the molded item which is under an uncured condition. A washed-out face 35 is formed as a lot of small aggregates 22 mixed in the concrete are exposed on the surface of the recessed parts. Then, the projected parts 33 of the surface of the concrete molded item 3 are ground.
