    • PURPOSE:To always secure the collecting function of a screen by supporting screens in a freely revolvable manner by endless chains and arranging stoppers limiting the max. angle of inclination of the screens to the endless chains at the screen behind positions of the endless chains. CONSTITUTION:Endless chains 3, 3' are provided between mutually revolving sprockets 1, 2 arranged at a required interval under tension. A plurality of screens 4 fixed to frames 6 are provided to the endless chains at an appropriate interval so that the upper mount parts 7 of the frames 6 are supported in a freely revolvable manner by appropriate means such as shafts and stoppers 5 limiting the max. angle of inclination of the screens 4 are arranged on the endless chains at positions behind the screens. As a result, by continuously moving the screens in a drain trough, suspended matters of various sizes can be perfectly removed and clogging of the title device can also be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To permit continuous operation and to achieve cost reduction, by a rotating process of a vessel filtering a liquid during, removing the remaining suspended matter and effecting the filtration by harnessing the own weight of water. CONSTITUTION:While a vessel 1 charged with a liquid at a liquid charging station 11 is rotated along a travel rail 9 by a support arm 6, the liquid fraction in the vessel 1 is flowed, by a filtration action due to its own weight, out of the bottom through a filter mechanism into grooves, and suspended matter remains on a filter cloth 4 and discharged outside the vessel by spontaneous drop as a hook 14 is disengaged at a suspended matter discharging station 12 to open a cover 2. When the cover 2 is closed again to engage the hook 14, the vessel 1 is brought to the station 11 and receives the next liquid charge. While many vessels 1 are brought successively and continuously to the station 11, the suspended matter is brought to the station 12, so that the continuity of operation is attained and cost reduction due to filtration by it own weight can be achieved.
