    • PURPOSE:To make hot-melt adhesion bond, thermosetting resin adhesion bond and the like possible by internal heat built-up action by a structure wherein a coil part to generate eddy currents in electrically conductive heat generating material, an electrical power supply part to send high frequency current to the coil part and a computer controlling part to control the existence of necessity of power supply, the quantity of electricity to be supplied and the like are equipped. CONSTITUTION:An induction heater consists of a coil part 1 to generate eddy current in electrically conductive heat generating material 11, which is integral with or annexed to thermoplastic resin 10 or a member containing thermoplastic resin, an electrical power supply part 2 to send high frequency current and a computer controlling part 3 for control. The heat generation due to eddy current loss arises in the electrically conductive heat generating material 11 by the change of magnetic fluxes passed through thermoplastic resin layer. The heat energy converted from the magnetic field energy softens or melts the near-by thermo plastic resin 10. At that case, when the coil part 1 is separated from a device main body 4 by means of a flexible code 5, the bonding can be performed by freely taking the coil part about an execution site. A coil surface consists of a plurality of coils so as to prevent heat generating sites from unevenly distributing and at the same time to allow to selectively heat necessary sites.
