SOLUTION: The joint implement is provided with a resin-made main body 61 which is fitted into a through-hole bored in a metallic plate surface of each member respectively to prevent each metallic plate from relatively displacing in parallel with each other, and a metallic breakdown prevention body 63 comprising protection edges 63H and 63L positioned further inward than engagement edges 61H and 61L installed in the main body 61, and engaged with the predetermined portion of an opening edge of the through-hole in the main body 61. When the excessive shearing force acts on the main body 61 so that the metallic plates are relatively displaced in parallel with each other, the breakdown prevention body 63 can be prevented from breaking down via the protection edges 63H and 63L by receiving the shearing force.
