摘要： PURPOSE: To miniaturize a device for packing a foam in a bag to form a cushion and thereby enable an operation to form a foam-filled bag to be performed efficiently and at a comparatively higher speed. CONSTITUTION: A plastic film 30 formed into a double web by folding the film in the center advances and a foamable composition is injected into the web by an injection nozzle 34. The open edge of the web material is sealed in the longer direction by a sealing wire, and also is sealed in the transverse direction by a splitting wire 46 to form a bag filled with the foamable composition and at the same time, this bag is cut off from a following web material. In addition, an end seal opening is formed by interrupting the sealing operation periodically in the longer direction, and evacuates a gas so that no abnormal pressure is generated in the bag when the foamable composition foams. The interruption of the sealing operation is carried out by reducing current to the wire instead of separating the sealing wire from a plastic material.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce the paper pattern of a skin for an integrated foam sheet. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of openings 5 are provided to a molding surface 3 and a mold (lower mold 1) for an integrated foam sheet having a ridge 2 provided thereto at the molding surface position corresponding to the stitch line of a skin for a sheet formed by mutually sewing a plurality of cut pieces is used and a heated polyvinyl chloride film 8 is set to the molding surface 3 of the mold and subsequently sucked by a vacuum pump 6 through the openings 5 to be closely bonded to the molding surface 3 to form a resin film having a ridge part. Subsequently, the resin film is released from the molding surface of the mold and cut along the ridge part. By this method, a paper pattern faithfully reproducing a molding surface shape can be simply and rapidly produced and a sewing flap can be simultaneously formed at the time of the production of the paper pattern. Therefore, the quality of an integrated foam sheet product is enhanced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a cushioning property excellent for the subject material and to make easy handling such as folding, by a method wherein in a main body part, fibers in an artificial cotton band are vertically arranged and compressing force is vertically applied therto, and on each of the surfaces of the main body part, a reinforcement layer is formed. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of artificial cotton bands 1, which are made of polyester fiber containing short fibers with low melting point and short fibers with high melting point, are laminated, following which they are heated in a heating chamber 5 and are compressed by a depressing device 6 having an air-sucking device 7. In this way, an artificial cotton band-made basic material 8 is formed, in which fibers 9 in the artificial cotton bands laminated are horizontally arranged and which is compressed to a definite height of (h). The basic material 8 is cut at an interval of a definite width of H along the direction of the (h) and basic boards 10 are formed. Furthermore, the basic boards 10 are arranged in the shape of a plane board so that the fibers 9 are vertically arranged in parallel one another, following which they are vertically compressed, and thus the fibers 9 are stuck one another and a main body part 2 is formed. On each of the surfaces of the main body part 2, a reinforcement layer 3 made of cellulose material continuously laid in the horizontal direction a cushion body is formed.
