摘要：本発明は、食品容器用密封包装機に関するもので、フィルムをシールするヒーターユニットが四方に設置された4つのヒーターユニット駆動支持軸に沿って水平をなした状態でヒーターユニット駆動部の偏心カムの作動に応じて均一に上下作動できるようにして、ヒーターユニットの不均一に起因する不良の発生を防止することができるようにし、食品入りの容器を包装機の内部に進入させるトレイが「コ」字状のガイドレールによって「┨」形のガイドに係合されて左右揺れなく安定的に前後移動できるようにすることにより、食品容器がシールの行われる定位置にさらに正確に定着されるようにして、シール作業が正確に行われるようにする一方、ヒーターユニットを上下作動させるヒーターユニット駆動部のヒーターユニット駆動支持軸とそれに連結されたヒーターユニット駆動部支持板が、左右側端部に装着された2つのころ軸受とこれに接触した2つの偏心カムによって安定的に支持された状態で上下作動するようにすることにより、ヒーターユニット駆動支持軸と軸受の摩耗または許容公差にも拘わらず、誤作動のおそれなくよりスムーズに作動できるようにし、ヒーターユニット駆動部のヒーターユニット駆動支持軸とヒーターユニット駆動部支持板を上下に駆動させるモータをボトムフレームに固設し、モータの初期回転力による負荷がヒーターユニット駆動支持軸と軸受に直ちに伝達されることを防止することができるようすることにより、ヒーターユニット駆動部がよりスムーズに作動できるようにした。
