    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer foamed sheet excellent in thermal moldability and to provide a method for producing a foam-molded article, in which the high-quality foam-molded article can easily be produced.SOLUTION: A method for producing the multilayer foamed sheet comprises: a foamed sheet preparation step of melting/kneading a polystyrene resin in an extruder in the presence of a hydrocarbon-based foaming agent and extrusion-expanding a melted/kneaded product to prepare a foaming agent-remaining polystyrene resin-foamed sheet; a lamination step of laminating a heat-melted polystyrene resin on the surface of the polystyrene resin-foamed sheet obtained at the foamed sheet preparation step to prepare a laminated foamed sheet having a non-foamed layer comprising a laminated polystyrene resin and a foamed layer comprising the polystyrene resin-foamed sheet; and a heat treatment step of heating the laminated foamed sheet which is obtained at the lamination step, from the non-foamed layer side so as to produce the multilayer foamed sheet, in which a part of the foaming agent remaining in the foamed layer of the polystyrene resin-foamed sheet is transferred to the non-foamed layer.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film product which does not generate a drying crease even in a product film roll, infinitely improves adhesiveness between films and has stable quality by reducing an overall aging time by uniformly heating and drying the whole of the film roll in a short time.SOLUTION: This heating device of a film roll includes: a heating chamber 10 including a microwave reflecting plate on an inner surface for heating a film roll 1 formed by winding a laminated and stuck film in a roll-like form with microwaves; a microwave oscillator 11 installed outside the heating chamber 10 for oscillating microwaves to irradiate the heating chamber 10 with the microwaves; and tables (12, 13) installed on a floor of the heating chamber 10 and rotating and/or moving on the floor of the heating chamber 10 by mounting the film roll 1 thereon.
