    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna mounting bracket that does not wobble even if a shark-fin shaped vehicle antenna is mounted to a curved vehicle panel.SOLUTION: A plurality of projecting pieces with sharp leading ends are formed in an outer edge on a flat-plate shaped base plate 10 on a mounting bracket 1 and a washer 10a is integrally formed in such a way that a top end thereof is formed with a plurality of protruding pieces 10b having sharp leading ends protruding from substantially the center. A nut unit 11 is rotatably mounted at a bottom portion of the washer unit 10a. A frame 12 of an antenna device 2 has a shark-fin shape, and a protruding screw unit 14a protrudes from a bottom surface of an antenna base 14 which is prepared under the frame. When the nut unit 11 of the mounting bracket 1 is tightened to the protruding screw unit 14a, the plurality of protruding pieces 10b encroach a roof 13, and at the same time, the plurality of protruding pieces 10d are composed to encroach the roof 13.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite antenna device capable of canceling the physical influence of a bar antenna to a planar antenna. SOLUTION: The composite antenna 10 has: an antenna base 20 having a main surface 20a and first and second ends 20b, 20c opposing each other; the bar antenna 30 including a metal body 31 erected at the first end side of the antenna base; and the planar antennas 40, 50 mounted onto the main surface of the antenna base between the first and second ends of the antenna base. A metal member 70 provided at the second end side of the antenna base is provided at a prescribed position and has a size so that the physical influence of the bar antenna 30 to the planar antenna 50 is canceled substantially.
