    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the bending of sent/received beams and nonuniformity of receiver sensitivity in parallel simultaneous reception. SOLUTION: A sending/receiving-direction control section 6 controls delay times of drive signals of oscillators provided in an ultrasonic probe 1 or receiving signals from the oscillators to execute the parallel, simultaneous reception in a scanning direction, generates a plurality of pieces of two-dimensional ultrasonic data of the scanning direction in a slice direction by swinging the ultrasonic probe 1 in the slice direction intersecting with the scanning direction and collects three-dimensional ultrasonic data. Secondly, a data composition section 7 and a volume data generation section 8 compose a plurality of pieces of ultrasonic data included in regions at a prescribed interval and of a prescribed size set in the scanning direction and the slice direction to generate the volume data.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device capable of displaying a three-dimensional image in real-time. SOLUTION: Scanning for a B mode with image quality being not less than that of a conventional two-dimensional ultrasonic diagnostic device is performed on a certain tomographic face so as to obtain a tomographic image which indicates echo luminance being not less than that of the conventional device. Scanning for a doppler mode is performed in a limited three-dimensional region including at least the tomographic face by the coexistence of the scanning for the B mode. Then, a three-dimensional blood flow image is obtained and superimposed on the tomographic image so as to perform displaying. Consequently, the three-dimensional blood flow image stands out on the tomographic image, so that correct diagnosis is easily performed by observing even a depth directional information in a form which is comparatively close to the diagnosis of the conventional two-dimensional diagnostic device. The scanning sequence setting means changes the current scanning sequence to the scanning sequence with the adjusted number of ensembles on the transmission/receiving for obtaining the bloodstream image so that the frame rate of the bloodstream image is not below a prescribed set value.
