    • PURPOSE: To obtain mass-producible multi-color synthetic resin molded part at low cost by a method wherein two synthetic resins are integrally welded together by injecting the one molten resin from a second gate, after injecting the other molten resin, which is compatible with said resin and at the same time pigmented with color different from said resin, is injected from a first gate.
      CONSTITUTION: Firstly, molten synthetic resin 22 is injected from a first gate 17 into a cavity space 15 under the state that a block 6 is held at the advanced position against the energizing force of a spring 8. Secondly, the block 6 is slided to the retreated position by driving a driving member 12 after the completion of the filling of resin and at the same time before the complete solidification of the filled resin in order to divide a second cavity 23. by injecting synthetic resin 24, which is compatible with the resin 22 and at the same time pigmented with color different from the resin 22, from a second gate 18 into the space 23, a multi-color molded part, the resin 22 of which is completely integrally welded to the resin 24 by the heat and pressure of the resin 24, is obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To mold a plastic lens having high accuracy and not requiring finishing of outside diameter, by a method wherein an outer peripheral part of the first plastic is compressed, is solidified by cooling to mold an effective diameter part, then a cavity is provided at the outer peipheral part thereof, and the second plastic in the state of being melted by heating is injected into the cavity. CONSTITUTION:The first plastic 13 is injected into a cavity 10 through a runner 8 and a notch 6a in the state of being melted by heating. A gap 14 is formed between sleeves 6, 7 by slightly moving them from a parting surface 5, and an inner mold piece 3 is pressed upward, whereby the plastic 13 is compressed and the outer peripheral part thereof protrudes slightly into the gap 14, followed by cooling until the plastic is solidified. The sleeves are further retracted to form a cavity 15 for molding a flange, and the cavity 15 is communicated to a runner 9, whereby a stopper member 11 is fitted into the notch 6a by a spring 12, so that the top face of the sleeve 6 becomes flat, and the cavity 15 is formed in a flat annular shape. Then, the second plastic 16 is injected into the cavity 15 through the runner 9 in the state of being melted by heating, and is solidified by cooling, followed by moving a movable mold 2 to open the parting surface 5.
