摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a built-up joint device capable of easily manufacturing the joint device provided to the joint surface between concrete structures at a low cost. SOLUTION: A joint device 1 is formed of a fitting section 2 and an anchor section 3, at the same time, the axis 3a of the anchor section 3 and the axis 2b of the fitting section 2 are so formed that both of them are in the same plane, and part of a slit 2a in the fitting section 2 is divided into two parts first member 4 and second member 5 to constitute the joint device. The first member 4 is constituted of the anchor section 3 and the constituent member 6 of the fitting section in a state to divide the cut conical fitting section 2 into approximately two parts. The second member 5 is constituted of the constituent member 7 of the filling section in a state to divide the cut conical fitting section 2 into approximately two parts and a mounting section 8 for mounting the constituent member 7 of the fitting section to the anchor section 3 in the first member 4. Two members 4 and 5 are built up to make it possible to form the fitting section 2 without using casting, etc., and the number of manufacturing processes is reduced by eliminating molds, etc. By the constitution, manufacturing efficiency is promoted to make it possible to reduce cost, and the joint device 1 can be obtained at a low price.

Joint strength in the direction of the thickness of segment is strengthened by guide operation of insertion initial recesses 5 formed in joint surfaces 2a accompanied with the female type joint metal fixtures 3 and insertion initial projections 6 formed in the joint surfaces 2a accompanied with the male type joint metal fixtures 4 in order to just fit to the insides of the recesses 5.

The joint sections 4a of the projected ends in both connecting joint metal fixtures 4 are inserted into the fitting connection holes 4b from the tunnel axis by making use of the recessed sections 3, and the joint construction is so constituted that they can be fitted to each other. Accordingly, the segments 2 are moved to the tunnel axis to carry out joint work of both segments 2 to be connected easily within a short period of time by only work for fitting the fitting connection holes 4b of the joint sections 4a in the connecting joint metal fixtures 4 to each other.

CONSTITUTION: A pair of female type joint pieces 3 previously buried into each piece S are abutted against the joining section of an adjacent segment piece S while a flat H-shaped sectional fitting hole 5 is opened towards the center of a tunnel. The central axis 1, of a wedge connector 1 and the central axis 1, of a fastener are conformed, and a rotary connecting member 10 is moved forward up to a place, where the engaging projections 6 of the piece 3 and the engaging reaction pawls 7 of the member 10 are engaged. The member 10 is turned, the pawls 7 are interlinked with the projections 6, and the fastener 2 is fixed onto the connector 1. A male type joint piece 4 in the member 10 is pushed into the hole 5 by extending a cylinder 11 for press-fit, thus joining the piece S. Accordingly, a joint and the fastener can be miniaturized and simplified, and can be automated.

摘要： PURPOSE: To easily connect adjacent segments to each other, by making it possible to connect mutual adjacent segments through a connection key of a joint metal tool provided at the respective ends. CONSTITUTION: A joint metal tool 3 is fixed to the front side end of a web 1c with fixing bolts 5 and provided with a connection part 3b vertically projecting just sideways to form a L-shape. The joint metal tool 3 is fitted at both sides of the front end of the web 1c so as to form a T-shape. Hollow parts 6 in which the connection key 4 can be inserted are formed at the periphery of the connection part 3b. If necessary, the fixing part 3a and the connection part 3b are made of ductile cast iron as a unit to provide a high strength and rigidity. One end of connection key 4 is inserted in the hollow part 6 and formed to have a nearly lip-shaped groove to be fixed with the connection part 3b. The joint metal tool is attached so as to be fitted to the connection key at both web sides of the steel member 1, so that the joint metal tool can be easily fitted to the end of steel member and the connection part to be fitted can be easily formed.
