CONSTITUTION:An antenna changeover switch 23 at the sender side and an antenna changeover switch 37 at the receiver side are interlocked with each other through the reception of an antenna selection signal 27 from a microcomputer 26 to selects respectively each set of a transmission antenna 1 and a reception antenna 2, and a transmission antenna 3 and a reception antenna 4, and a transmission antenna 5 and a reception antenna 6 simultaneously. A master station recommend the communication at first to a slave station by using the antennas 1, 2, selects the antennas 3, 4 if no reply comes from the slave station to recommend the communication similarly and selects the antennas 5, 6 to invite the communication similarly if still no reply comes from the slave station this time. The master station switches the antennas sequentially to seek an antenna capable of communicating with the slave station.

In such a way, it is possible to constitute an appropriate transmission circuit corresponding to the transmission of long distance or that of short distance, etc., without changing a basic part.

    • PURPOSE:To remarkably improve the probability of successful reception by modulating plural carrier frequencies by each carrier frequency via a signal representing the same correspondence data and executing the correspondence between a slave station and a master station so as to make more immune the noise disturbance. CONSTITUTION:The master station modulates carrier frequencies f1, f2-fn via an ID request signal representing the request of sending its ID number and sends a data request composite radio wave W1 from a sending antenna of its own station obtained in this way. The data request composite radio wave W1 is inputted and demodulated and inputted to a reception signal check circuit 24 in filters 23 (231-23n) set by the carrier frequencies f1-fn via a reception amplifier 22R. When any correct reception exists in demodulation signals, the carrier frequencies fa, fb-fx are modulated via the ID return signal including the ID number of its own station and a data return composite radio wave W2 obtained in this way is sent from the transmission antenna of its own station.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the operation function of a gas leak alarm and to receive information which is to be operated in accordance with an instruction from a center by providing a communication means with an automatic metering system and a remote monitoring center system, which is constituted for a different purpose, and a means transmitting various information which the gas leak alarm has to the center. SOLUTION: A CPU 1 detects the drop of the resistance values of a methane gas sensor 2 and a CO gas sensor 3 owing to the occurrence of detection gas through amplifiers 32 and 33 in the respective sensors 2 and 3. The CPU 1 detects the sensor information as the continuous concentration value of gas, compares it with an operation value which is set and judges whether an alarm operation is to be executed or not. Sensor information which the alarm holds is the value of detected gas concentration which is concretely measured. Thus, sensor information is always transmitted to a monitoring center or at prescribed intervals. Consequently, the abnormal change of gas concentration is monitored on a monitoring center-side and abnormality can be detected at timing similar to the alarm.

    • PURPOSE: To improve the throughput of a system by giving more opportunities of communication to the responder, which fails in communication to have a higher frequency in retry, to increase the number of assigned time slots at the time of existence of plural responders in the communication area. CONSTITUTION: A responder 3 is provided with a retry frequency storage means where the frequency in retry with which communication should be re-established at the time of a failure of communication establishment to an interrogator 1 is stored. When receiving an ID transmission invitation signal from the interrogator 1, the responder 3 selects a pertinent assigned time slot in accordance with the frequency in retry stored in the retry frequency storage means ana transmits an ID transmission signal. Since the number of assigned time slots is increased in accordance with the frequency in retry, different time slots are assigned to individual responders 3 if the frequency in retry is different by responders 3 even in the case of the same number of responders 3 which transmit the ID transmission signal, and therefore, a probability of collision of responses is reduced.
